Awful awful awful experience here! Deceptive practices for sure. First of all, the lady trying to set up my parents for a new plan LIED TO THEM about how much credit they'd get per phone. Said 1000 per phone. We have 6 phones in our family plan. Later when trying to pick out phones, this lady changes up the story and says they only get 3600 credit total. Doesn't add up. Manager comes out, tries to down talk my parents to get them to still pay a bunch of money. Down talking how much storage they need and blah blah blah. This place tried to take advantage of my older parents, but luckily they are smarter than that. Scam artists in training at this location. My family is sticking with Verizon. read more

Where to start? An employee of this location tacked on an extra line to my account, when this was brought to my attention by someone at this location nearly 10 months later I was upset as you could imagine, paying $50 a month for about 10 months is no small chunk of change, so the manager Brandon takes my name, number and account info and tells me he will be in touch, also tells me I'm not the only one this has happened to. a month goes by and I hear nothing so I go to the location to see if I can talk to him about what has been done(if anything) about the approximately $500 I've spent on a line that had no devices attached to it. I asked the employee if I could speak to Brandon and he told me that Brandon does not like to talk to people and he basically hid in the back office the whole time before sending another employee out to tell me it was out of their hands and to try playing "hardball" with customer service about it. read more

The wifi is constantly out. More than its on. We can't watch TV, or use tablets. Worst signal, customer service and product we've ever experienced. Antenna TV in the year 2023 is ten times more reliable than these so called high-tech internet providers and their horrible signal, service and product. Thats saying a lot. Dont waste your money or time on T-mobile. Yelp won't let me edit my latest review as soon as it was fixed it went out again. So I leave the update now. Wifi is out more than its working. And a very disturbing auto-response answer in the chat platform. My conclusion: These customer service people at T-mobile are intentionally messing with certain customers' service based on profiling and targeting certain customers' history, beliefs and personal data which should be a crime but impossible to.prove. read more

The customer service at this store is HORRENDOUS. I had to make multiple trips and phone calls and they still would not honor their contract or word. No integrity at all. I went to a different store and was in and out within an hour with all of my issues taken care of. Save yourself and shop elsewhere. read more

Thank goodness for the guys at T-Mobile. I had to reset my phone after having problems with a game app I downloaded, and my eSim made it difficult to get my phone running again. My phone, iMessages and iCloud weren't pulling up correctly so I had to bring it in. As soon as I told him what happened, he knew what the problem was and he had it all fixed within 10-15 minutes. I believe his name was Brandon and I appreciate how he made the process as painless as possible. read more

Brandon, Store manager at 10185 E old Vail Rd Ste 121 in Tucson is the best! He spent hours with me trying to get my phone number ported in from straight talk. He didn't make a dime off the sale and stayed past store closing trying to correct the many issues we faced with setting up service through the online chat via the Tmobile website. Do NOT set up service and order phones via the chat. Take the time and go into a store and ask for Brandon. They have military discounts and Brandon is a veteran himself. read more
