What a day!!! The battery in my phone totally died. Besides no phone, texts or emails; I had 3 voice mails that I had saved from my husband. He passed in 2019, but I am still able to hear his voice. I was kinda having a bit of a meltdown (which I don't usually do). Luckily for me, Armando was next up to bat when I walked in the door. He was so reassuring that he was going to do everything he could to retrieve those voice mails. He was so persistent & he didn't give up!! And by gosh HE DID it!! The voice mails were saved. I saw a great advertisement with t mobile. I called to set up service and was told they could set up my account but they could not verify my identity over the phone. To finalize the order I would need to go to the store. I went to the store and the person handling the account gave me a T REVVL TAB 5G. He explained it was part of their current promotion. In October I canceled my service with TMoble but they continued charging me. I called and the representative said I did not cancel all of my service, which makes no sense to me. How do you cancel part of a service? Thay never explained to me how that can happen. They continued to charge me for something I never ordered, asked for, or knew about. Then they send me to collections. This is unamerican. I will be forced to seek legal council. read more

Came in person to get an ongoing issue resolved. Should I be shocked it couldn't be resolved, no not at all. We were in Costco and AT&T switched us over to their provider company for phone service. Between phone companies they would not let us cancel our services on our own and needed to do it for us with T mobile to transfer services. We were told we don't need to do anything or take any action all services were cancelled. Well they weren't. We got new credit cards and T mobile called saying we owed money this months bill couldn't come out due to insufficient funds. We called and couldn't get through to anyone because we currently open with services from them so we could not gain access to the T-Mobile account. Months later looking into this we see they have been charging us every month since April still for services we don't have. Apparently there's an extra line that wasn't closed keep in mind we weren't able to intervene so we are thinking everything has been closed. Talking to CARE at the store over the phone they weren't helpful and blaming us saying they can't do anything so then we get transferred to someone "higher up" and said they can't do anything but credit our latest payment. She also tried to tell us everything was closed but a free line wasn't, which we never had access to or even had a phone or sim card supplied. Between carriers they failed to close the account completely when we signed documents that they were. All I wanted was credit to us since changing carriers in April and all I'm getting is rude and unhelpful reps. I asked to talk even higher up about this and they said sure it will take 72 hours to hear from anyone so keep an eye out on your phone for a call. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable that there is no one that can help with any of this and you have to patiently wait at your phone for a call from someone. We came in on a day off in person to get this resolved. I work a high stress environment healthcare job I can't be by my phone every minute waiting for a call and dropping what I'm doing. Very unhappy and will be seeking action for better customer service and credit to us for services . read more

I came in to get a specific offer on 2 phones and I was helped right away. Been a customer since they were VoiceStream. Anyway, I expected a delay in purchasing because of paperwork so I expect about 15 minutes. They told me they could not verify the color or even if they had the phone until after the 10 minute lock on their inventory. So I went ahead with the paperwork. Very annoyed to find out when my bill arrived that the local store had not "applied" the value of the phones to bill credit. I recalled a prior experience when I discovered at another store the rep told me I could apply the credit anyway I wanted, so I got some accessories, then found out that it subtracted from my bill credits on the phone. In this case, because the value was not applied I was getting charged about $8/month and about $4/month on the other phone which were supposed to be "Free" after bill credits. So a call to Tmo resolved the issue, they stated the credits had not been applied, but could be applied all at once to a bill (then I would continue to pay $12/month for 2 years) or to spread out so there was no bill increase. I know all at once would be smarter financially, but I chose to spread it out so it would not annoy me in the future. Have to wait a month for it to catch up. Tips: 1) Order online if you want to save on city taxes and may get the $20 upgrade fee waived. /Also check your warehouse stores/ 2) Call ahead b4 you go if you want a specific phone purchase, but consider doing it online or calling Tmo bc of #1 above. 3) If the Tmo local store is busy, then check for another Tmo store that is nearby and less busy. 4) Don't let them run your card for the purchase until you confirm the phone is present. Most stores have a 10 minute inventory lock. 5) On Free or Discount Phone Trade in Promos, they will credit the value of your phone against the promotion. Specifically tell them to credit the value toward the promotion or toward your next bill(s). Otherwise, you may only get partial bill credit, especially if they tell you to use your credit toward other (accessory) purchases. I Love Tmo, but if you don't know how local stores work it can be an issue and don't hold it against corporate, I don't believe there are any corporate owned stores in Tucson. I never write reviews. This was by far the worst location for service. I went in looking for options on upgrading my cell phone, but due to the different deals it was kind of confusing. I asked Victoria to explain a specific deal again and she responded "I've already explained that to you." Then, when I asked about a smart watch she was giving me bad info I had never heard of. When I questioned her about it she continued to say I was wrong. The worst part of this was, there was another employee right next to her that didn't tell her she was wrong until she asked him. So, was he was just going to stand there while she gives me bad information? After that I said I was leaving and in a rude and mocking way Victoria says, "Have a wonderful day". This has been reported to corporate. read more
