If you try to use the "chat" option, you receive vague information and are told that questions cannot be answered. When you request a supervisor, you are told you have to call to speak with someone. When you question anything during the chat, you are told that the "person" on the other end of the chat is unable to help you and will terminate the chat. If you leave a yelp review, you receive a nice note from "Jackie" with a request to send a PM with your specific concerns. Too bad Jackie doesn't exist and there is no information on how to PM anyone for actual assistance. $500+ a month for services is beyond ridiculous and you only get bots to "assist" in answering questions regarding the $500 bill and why $280 of it is all fees. Edited to add: received my notice from "Jackie" and I can send a note via Facebook or X since there is no PM option. I have neither, by the way. From day 1, installing 30+ phones in both of our schools in Austin and Round Rock, to most recently, fixing the phones that lost connection due to bypassed routes from the AT&T internet connection, that also caused no connection to the printer. One phone call away and Quadri came as soon as he can, or he would give you an estimate in time when to expect to come in. He is the top in service! His tone is gentle and the (tech)language is understandable. He's the professional and we trust him with what he can do best, as he is great in explaining & reporting in what the causes were and what had to be done to get it fixed, and doesn't leave until the job gets done. Mind you, I used auto pay so the money deducts automatically. Until they received payment, my internet would always slow down by the last week of the month. When I complained about it to them. They would say, you need to upgrade your modem. I upgraded my modem three times since I was with them. I had to be with them because my subdivision only allowed them as internet and TV provider. Thankfully, AT&T came in. We switched. I don't recommend them at all. The customer service was good though. They always came out to see the issues, the phone people were polite. It's just the service and the company. Don't even waste your money and time with them.

It seems like my neighbors with AT&T constantly have problems. I don't know what AT&T charges, but Spectrum is not cheap.
