Dropped off a PS5 because it was cutting off randomly. They had it for 3 days and couldn't recreate…read morethe issue....Needless to say, they still charged me a fee for what amounted to nothing. So, they returned it to me and the same day it cut off and never came back on.......I also had to make a second trip because they removed my stand and forgot to put it back on.....Weeks later, I simply purchased a new PS5 but keep the old one. Did some research and found that it might be experiencing a power supply issue. I ordered a new power supply and installed it........Fixed. This is a service they offer but when I mentioned it, they said it would cost additional money to be shipped out and had no timetable on when it would be completed. I fixed it in 30 minutes....The only positive, they were very polite...I just wish they were as knowledgeable as they were polite.

I found this store after looking through my maps and decided to give it a try after looking at both positive and negative reviews. The price for my repair had me sold. Everyone has their own opinion but I wouldn't put too much stock into complaints about the two day wait. My tablet did take two days but only because he didn't have the screen he needed in stock at the time. Personally I don't mind a two day max wait if the job is being done right which it was. I got my tablet back looking brand new plus he provides a 90 day warranty in case you feel something is working right. So there's nothing to lose in trying. I definitely recommend anyone with a tablet or phone issue to give this place a try!

I had him install a kenwood LCD stereo in my car it took him an hour if even, and when it was set up he walked me through everything, did a clean job wiring. Now a week after that I tried installing subs by myself and I failed lol, went back to that shop Ki pulled out the stereo and re wired everything so it would work for no charge because he remembered me. GO TO KI, because he was making it very clear to not haggle with the other workers, and basically not to waste my time. All together a stereo Best Buy was trying to sell and install for me for damn near $600 turned out to be around 380$ THANK YOU.

Saw all the great reviews on this place. What really hooked me in was this "100% satisfaction guaranteed" that they have on their site so I decided to go and check them out. Came in and he told me that it would be $130 to fix the screen. At first I didn't want to pay it but he assured me that I was in safe hands with his 90 day money back guarantee on the receipt. I was still unsure but I decided to pay it because I needed my phone for my business. Instantly I noticed the cheaper material that they use. The color was different and I was having trouble getting it to work properly. About a month and a half later my phone randomly shuts off while on a zoom call. -No physical damage -No water damage Just cheap material. It would not turn on. I come back to the store the following day and explain to him my situation and show him my receipt. At first he tells me that I must've damaged it or dropped it but I told him that it wasn't possible. I have a case and it's always on me. I would know if I dropped it. He then tells me that replacing the LCD is not apart of the money back guarantee policy and that if I wanted to fix my phone I would have to make another purchase of $130! Wow great job on creating relationships with your customers. I didn't pay it, left and just used my backup phone. Makes you think what their 100% satisfaction guarantee on their site really means...
