Don't waste your time here! The sales rep only care about making their commission and won't help you with any issues after they made the sale! The manager wouldn't replace my screen protector or refund me for the lifetime screen protector cuz I had no insurance and didn't bother to fix their mistake. The stores are basically worthless. I called t mobile and they sent me a new screen protector and apologized for the poor customer service by the manager at the t mobile store in Weber's town mall. The experience with this store and the staff working has been the worst I've ever had. I have been with this Phone company over 10 years since 2010, not only me personally but my Business as well. I came in for help to get a new phone because my screen was cracked and need to replace it. she basically said there was absolutely NOTHING they could do for me on getting a new phone or transferring my data and photos to a new device. Not once did they ask me if i was eligible for an upgrade on my current plan (which I am right now) to PURCHASE a new phone. My company has no working phone right now and i needed HELP on just getting a phone to work, but was told to go find a glass replacement store instead. I will be shutting our business number down and leaving this phone provider to another one who will get us the help we need to get a working phone. read more

T-MOBILE stole 116 from my digital wallet without auth. and they did not even tell me - told them it was a felony and got my money refunded. They're now jamming me for 113. for something they cannot tell me - but they sent me to collections for it. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone there. Even their supervisor is clueless. We were always on AUTOPAY. So how does one get a bill when you're on AUTOPAY. Now they're shaking me down again. T-MOBILE - WORST COMPANY EVER - CHECK EVERY FINANCIAL TRANSACTION. If you're on AutoPay - make sure you check - they will take your money - they did it to me - just took it. I closed out our accounts 3/27/23 and ported over to Xfinity - yet somehow they kept an account open but put it in my name only when it was me and my husband before that - without any phone line, no services whatsoever - even Netflix was shut off end of March. So what services could they possibly be talking about? Theft of my money is what they did - I hate that service. They're real good at theft - it seems to be a company practice - considering how many times they've tried to steal money from me. It seems that they hire bad people almost exclusively. They are now trying to say that no I did not cancel until month end - and that there would be no refund of the AUTOPAY that drafted March 18 and we always pay ahead - not behind. read more

I got to the store 10 minutes before closing and told the employee who would not let me through the door that I am here to buy a phone it will not take long I already have it planned and ready to go she said hold on and went to the back for several minutes came back out and said they already shut down all the computers so they're refusing to service me. read more

These people are NOT competent! I currently have a pending police report with this location. Apparently it is too difficult for them to PROPERLY vet their customers! This location, without the proper due diligence, allowed a identity thief to, not only open an account in my name, but then allowed them to walk off with nearly $3k...yes that's THOUSANDS of dollars in Apple gear from their location! Now, I don't know about you...but if I were a merchant I would be hesitant that a customer walks up and buys $3 grand in Apple crap all at once. To be quite honest I think the proprietor is "in on it." How else can you explain it? The police are coming for them and I, personally, would be wary of doing any kind of business with them. Clearly they aren't paying attention. Go to one of the other T-Mobile spots in town. This one is a VERY BAD apple. read more

Came in to get a new SIM card because T-Mobile switched my SIM card with an aged one which caused me to have no service. I was told over the phone from customer service that I would be receiving the SIM card for free because it literally was tmobiles error not mine. However Niko on the store did not agree and made me pay for the SIM card so his "drawer wouldn't be short". Worst customer service I've experienced but I did call customer service again and get it credited back to my account. Thanks Niko. read more

Felt the need to write a review about the gentlemen who helped me! Today, my phone lost service for whatever reason when it shouldn't have. Everything is paid up to date, phone is up to date, I even tried turning it on and off a few times to see if that would help but nothing would bring the service back. I had this problem before in previous years when the antenna in my phone became loose and that's how I lost service before so I was thinking that that's what it was. I walked into this T-Mobile and was greeted by Jonathan who looked into my plan and saw that only my phone on the account had been blocked for nonpayment. We have three phones on this account and the bill had just been paid. He called it in and got my phone unblocked, and told me about a rad promotion they have going on right now too, which I'm definitely thinking about. This was such an painless process. Called this T Mobile and asked them to put a hold for me for the iPhone 7 plus in jet black 128. The GIRL who works there said there was PLENTY LEFT and there's no need to hold it. I drove all the way from the east bay and had to wait for almost 30 mins for someone to help me because there was people ahead of me. The guy finally came up to me and I told him what I needed. He then said he sold the LAST ONE. I told him I called before I came and a lady said there was a bunch left. The guy finally said the reason WHY they told me that is because they thought they had a lot left but they didn't. Bad service. And lazy people that work there . Now switching to att peace.
