Due to their mistake, my elderly mother had to purchase a new cell phone due to her blood sugar machine is attached to the app that alerts her in a high or low. In order for the phone company to move all of her information over, the screen had to be replaced as you could not see anything- taking this company over a week to get the part in stock. Once the part was in they had to replace the screen and the battery even though she had to purchase a new phone - they had the audacity to charge my elderly mother for the battery for a phone that she will not use due to her having no other option but to purchase a new one in order to have her medical alerts notify her. By that point, they had forgotten that they even had my computer. They said that they would "repair it as soon as we brought it in" when they had it the whole time. Then, lines appeared on the screen within 3 weeks of getting the computer back. They refused to fix it, claiming that we broke the computer. They then sent it to the part vendor and, a month later, called me to say that the vendor wouldn't replace the faulty part. I paid them to fix my computer and 4 months later I still don't have a usable computer and they refuse to make it right. Avoid at all costs.

My son is recovering from Brain Tumors, multiple surgeries and cancer treatments and one of the things he wanted most was a new desktop computer for when he eventually returns to college. We procured all the parts individually and needed help in building it as we lacked the expertise to do so on our own. Derrin, the owner reached out to us and offered to help us as he himself is a cancer survivor, and he was able to do so in a very short period of time and at a very reasonable price. Something we were grateful for after the amount of medical bills we accumulated over the past year and a half. The build was perfect and my son is already diving into the machine and it is helping him focus on something fun and enjoyable for a change. It also helped him to not feel so isolated when he was able to meet another cancer survivor, and fill him with hope and a brighter future. These folks went above and beyond.
