Unbeknownst to the young lady stocking the coolant isle I snapped a quick photo just in amaze that not only was she focused on doing her duties but she quickly realized I was unsure of what coolant was needed. She approached me and asked if I was in need of an assistance. She quickly confirmed the coolant my vehicle needed. The sense of relief I felt by the care and attentiveness I was given was overwhelming. Doing your job is one but caring is an entirely different level of comfort that I feel every person should experience no matter what place of business you are in. We could barely read the info on the adaptor, tried online, and found out it was an outdated/out of the country item. Then a lightbulb went off in my head...Batteries Plus on Fletcher!! They have rescued us before. I went straight there. Evin and Daniel were quite busy, but doing a great job working with each customer. Evin freed up, looked at the clock and the snapped adaptor, went straight to what I needed, handed it to me, and the cost was less than I was prepared for. I came right home and reset it....CB (Concussion Brain, her name, lol) was so thrilled that she had her clock back since both of us are "short on recall." You guys ROCK on satisfying your customers.
