The worst employee I ever had the unlucky pleasure of working with no longer works there as well as the "troll", who will also remain nameless. The company does push self serve options heavily, too much in some cases, but since the stores no longer run on commission, things have gotten immensely better. I would suggest that customers do their best to become self sufficient and come to rely on the store employees as "experts" in extreme cases. When all else fails or you just have to feel the device in your hands before you take out a second mortgage to pay for your electronic fix, then come on in!

They have always done it with a smile. Today, the fat guy who met me at the door, said they don't do handle Zagg screen covers anymore but Verizon on division does. All actual Verizon stores carry them, which means this knockoff is Verizon only in name not a real Verizon store The guy told me he would charge me $20 to put my screen cover on or I could buy one of there's. I am a Verizon customer I shouldn't be charged for putting on a screen cover and never have been. It literally take 5 minutes and no energy and if you want to keep long term customers you don't try and rip them off. Stay away from this place, it's a scam and they are a knockoff Verizon.

I tried making a reservation for an appointment online but there were none available. I called the store and talked to Cameron. He suggested calling when the store opened to get on a wait list which is what we did. I called Cameron again before we were heading over and checked on wait times. He suggested running a few more errands before we drove to the store. We might of still waited another 30 min when we got there but we were greeted and checked on and knew we were next in line. Zach was our mobile expert and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend this location (and working with Zach) if you're looking for a new phone. It was an awesome experience.

Had to get a new phone today and was ready to drop $1400 on 2 phones. It was still a mess. They said they could not do anything about it and told me to call a number or send the other person on my account to a store 60 miles away. I went home and then back to Verizon. In 5 minutes and one phone call by a Verizon employee the pin was corrected and we got 2 phones and $300 in gift cards for $0. T-Mobile was either too lazy or too stupid to try to fix this mess they caused. Verizon was great.

SPECTRUM IS THE WORST EVER!! Paying $70/month for the LOWEST…read moreinternet they have is insane. Our service constantly gets disrupted due to unscheduled "scheduled maintenance" with no notice, no warning...nothing. Constant "outages" in the area with no explanations, takes several hours for any communication. Technician scheduled to come to replace equipment and they show up 3 HOURS LATER than when they were supposed to show up, even after being told that the internet is a NECESSITY for my job and our equipment had been overheating to the point that you could've cooked eggs on them. It took them 3 DAYS from the time we reported the problem to them for them to send a technician out to replace it. They offer NO compensation at all for the constant outages, interruptions of service, their "Customer Service" is seriously lacking to say the least. I had high-speed, fibernet through another company that was top notch, but an out of state sales rep for Spectrum showed up at my house and convinced my elderly father who is not tech savvy that they had a "better deal" than what we had and cost me $500 in cancellation fees for the company we already had. Now, we are stuck with a crappy internet company that could care less about their customers because we are on a fixed income and cannot afford to switch back to the higher speed fibernet company we had to begin with.
