He also mentioned several benefits from Sams for being a plus member. Out of 6 gift cards for $150 we only received 2 and we were approved for 5. We signed up in April and it is now almost the end of October and still nothing. We contacted Jordan and he said we got everything we were supposed to. Prior to this I was a customer with Verizon and never treated like this. We switched because we could bundle our internet and phones together which would save us money in the long run but I don't like being promised something for a sale/new account then not receiving everything we were promised. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Not to mention I walked away feeling taken advantage of. We are hoping to contact Jordan's manager if we can figure out who that would be.
