I walked away with complete confidence that I was in good hands -- the right plan, the right phones and a commitment on her part to resolve any future problems. The company does push self serve options heavily, too much in some cases, but since the stores no longer run on commission, things have gotten immensely better. I would suggest that customers do their best to become self sufficient and come to rely on the store employees as "experts" in extreme cases. When all else fails or you just have to feel the device in your hands before you take out a second mortgage to pay for your electronic fix, then come on in!

I was told it was SIM card issue or just needed a connectivity refresh. It seemed to fix issues short term, but a few days later would run into the same issues. I'm now at the 60 day mark, with a phone that constantly won't make a call, get text messages etc. I went in and asked for a replacement - and was told, sorry it's past the 30 day return policy window!! What a crock. I came in with the issues prior to the 30 day window, and now they are saying sorry, nothing we can do! So I've got a phone I paid hundreds of dollars for, and I've been paying monthly service, for a phone that doesn't work. I seriously don't understand how this is OK. I was given an option to work with Samsung on their extended warranty window, which entails mailing your phone in for 7 days with no replacement option available, or going thru a process of taking it to a local repair shop and then potentially still having to mail in for 7 days. Verizon has phones available that they could give as an alternative to use during this repair time, or could even swap out - but neither Verizon or Samsung is offering this as a solution. I would love to just start over and buy a different phone with a different provider, but they have me backed into a corner since I spent hundreds of dollars on a brand new device. How is this OK?!

I found a card for the district manager that went straight to voicemail. there was a door that stated employees only that. knocked on multiple times. After ano 10 minutes of waiting a gentleman came out of the emplo only door. he did not address the wait time, calls with us. all he asked was what can I help you with. explained the situation and was told that. would be charged for his time and my other option was to go online. when I requested assistance on where to go online he was annoyed with me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and disrespect. I was completely put off by his attitude that I was interrupting what ever he was doing in the back. amazing that he would leave all that product sitting up front not monitoring it.
