I went in to transfer a phone to my account. upon entering the store there was no one there- including staff. another customer came I about 5 minutes after me, the door chimes when you open it. I waited 10 minutes then tried calling the store 3 times with no pick up. I found a card for the district manager that went straight to voicemail. there was a door that stated employees only that. knocked on multiple times. After ano 10 minutes of waiting a gentleman came out of the emplo only door. he did not address the wait time, calls with us. all he asked was what can I help you with. explained the situation and was told that. would be charged for his time and my other option was to go online. when I requested assistance on where to go online he was annoyed with me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and disrespect. I was completely put off by his attitude that I was interrupting what ever he was doing in the back. amazing that he would leave all that product sitting up front not monitoring it. read more

Nancy and I went in to the Buffalo, MN store looking for a new charging cord for my Samsung phone. Wes Haflich was so helpful by letting me know that an older charging cable from a previous Samsung phone would work, saving us $30. But wait, there's more!
