Disclaimer: I'm a previous employee and rarely go into this store. But it's a vastly different world than the one I left in '18. The worst employee I ever had the unlucky pleasure of working with no longer works there as well as the "troll", who will also remain nameless. The company does push self serve options heavily, too much in some cases, but since the stores no longer run on commission, things have gotten immensely better. I would suggest that customers do their best to become self sufficient and come to rely on the store employees as "experts" in extreme cases. I had T-Mobile for years. We needed 2 new phones. T-Mobile had a PIN number issue that they couldn't fix( didn't know how). Left and went to Verizon. Jorge was great. He fixed the issue easily and got us 2 new phones. With specials going on we saved over $1500 on iPhones. read more

We bought a Kitchenaid frigidaire and after 6 weeks the compressor failed. Scheduled a tech. waited for the conpressor. 2nd compressor failed 6 hrs. later. Called, noone answered. Left messages. Finally went in on sat. talked with Shawn. He did not tell us he was the manager. Said he felt attacked because we needed our frig. repaired. This was the week of Christmas. He lied and said he would talk to parts department on monday. He never came into work that Monday. Before we talked to shawn, we spoke to a rep. that friday. He said he was the third person my problem was thrown onto. After having to talk to Tabatha from the Pierz location we ended up with a used frig. same brand and model, but used. No refund at all. Shawn said they do not do loaner frig. witch was a lie. So I have a workong frig. but paied full price for a used frig. Never shop the St. Cloud, mn location. They lie, very bad service.. read more

Pro tip- if you make an appointment online before coming in, you can skip the wait! Every time I have done this I've gotten in quickly! The staff here are very helpful. I usually have a lot of billing questions and they take the time to explain everything. read more

I went to the store to get an Iphone switched. I waited in line outside which was fine (because of covid) after I waited awhile they wouldn't even let me into the store to help me. They took my sim card out outside to switch it. I told them I have already tried this at home. The staff their didn't listen and gave me a piece of paper with directions for me to switch my iphones. If I would've known this I would've looked it up online like I already did. Horrible service, staff didn't listen and were slightly rude, and absolutely didn't help me at all. I had to go to a different verizon store to get my issue sorted out. Do not recommend! read more

Went in to get a new phone a few days ago and had a horrible experience. Workers kept harassing me to get phone insurance and I kept turning it down. Throughout my time of getting a new phone, 3-4 different workers ended up coming up to me trying to get me to change my mind while making me feel like a complete idiot for not saying yes. Such an uncomfortable experience and I do not plan on coming back to this location and recommend not going here. read more

Went in today Hubs phone was konking out big time. SO after all the standard questions & all the standard tries it was deemed a bad phone. They wrote it up & sent it in a new replacement is on the way. OH YEA & That tablet I mentioned in the review of Best buy? YEA that one.... THEY covered it!! My Hubs walked out of the store with a NEW Tablet! Could not BE more thrilled. Service was OUTSTANDING the manager was on site to help out I'll be calling regional with names on this one to BRAG they EARNED it! read more

Nice store but I have found staff to be less than helpful. I am not a tech wizard and the staff seem to be there just to sell things not try to help customers like me better understand and use the devices we have. When I ask questions he would say they don't do that at the store I would have to go online to get service. Really!! read more
