I wasn't in the market for a new phone but my mom was so I went along to help her with the process…read more I have to say I was impressed with the staff at this store. I tried making a reservation for an appointment online but there were none available. I called the store and talked to Cameron. He suggested calling when the store opened to get on a wait list which is what we did. I called Cameron again before we were heading over and checked on wait times. He suggested running a few more errands before we drove to the store. We might of still waited another 30 min when we got there but we were greeted and checked on and knew we were next in line. Zach was our mobile expert and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend this location (and working with Zach) if you're looking for a new phone. It was an awesome experience.

T-mobile messed up my pin number 12 years ago. I was told they got it straightened out 5 years…read moreago when I got a new phone. Nope. Had to get a new phone today and was ready to drop $1400 on 2 phones. It was still a mess. They said they could not do anything about it and told me to call a number or send the other person on my account to a store 60 miles away. I went home and then back to Verizon. In 5 minutes and one phone call by a Verizon employee the pin was corrected and we got 2 phones and $300 in gift cards for $0. T-Mobile was either too lazy or too stupid to try to fix this mess they caused. Verizon was great.
