I'm in the unlimited screen replacement program but what they don't tell you is you have to wait in line at store for the screen even if you offer to replace it yourself. You have to wait and wait and wait for a simple screen protector replacement. This is a company wide policy. They don't make it easy to write T-Mobile feedback so here is a public review at the latest store I am waiting 1+ hour for a simple screen replacement because *even if* they check you in, you need to wait your turn. I get waiting your turn but again 1 sec passing me a screen would be great if they could adopt that. They're probably making it a huge hassle to screen replace cause it will cost them more bottom line. Time is money making this program not worth it. The screen is also overpriced. You can buy a multipack online for $10 & I swear the Go To's break so easily. I have a turkey to prep tonight. I have kids at home. Do better, T-mobile. Thanks but not really. read more

GOING TO VERIZON. the staff could even even answer my questions on the internet service. I explained that no parking was available. We went in on a busy Saturday morning looking to upgrade our phones. We were greeted immediately and the staff let us know it will be a few minutes before they could help, with is expected during this time of year. Yasmin was the employee who ended up helping us and she was extremely friendly, informative and honest. We went in after we looked online for what phone(s) we wanted and how much we were expecting to spend. She let us know that the prices online were slightly different than the prices in store and explained why. She advised if that the deals were better online to purchase online and to select to pick up our phones at the store instead of them being shipped that way we could still get them today. We ended up purchasing our two new iPhones online and they picked them up later that day. We really appreciated how helpful Yasmin was and how she told us about which way to go that would get us the best deal especially since normally sales associates are very pushy since they want their commission but Yasmin truly showed exceptional customer service. We stopped in to see what our options would be for upgrading our phones. The person who helped us was so nice and very helpful. The confusing plans, trade-in options and benefits of each plan are not as great. We've been T-mobile customers for years and we're happy with our service, options and the price. It seems if we want to buy/trade in phones through T-mobile our monthly cost will be going up one way or another because we'd need to switch plans. I know they need to make money, but why have phone plans that don't go up in price if you're going to pressure people into different plans later. I'm planning on buying our new phones through Apple and using our same service plan instead of buying the phones through T-mobile because of this. The math just wasn't mathing for me. read more

They blame everything, but the problem of crappy coverage. 30 minute hold, will not lose place in line and they'll call you back haha but they can't because of crappy coverage. It went to voice mail twice. And you want me to pay for upgrade? I was happy to wait since I was rolled over hot coals by the customer service rep who charged me for a late fee along with a fee to start auto pay. Needless to say, I was upset. So i went tnto this locations. 3 times this week, they say i have a balance on an iphonex X i bought May 5th, 2018, for an 18 week contract $810. Even if i paid it off in 22 weeks at $990, it has been 29months since MAY 5th, 2018, which means i paid $1305. which is $315 OVER MY CONTRACT. The week i transferred phone, which they allowed, and i didn't have a balance. The second time i came in to store i had a balance which me, and my mother was confused about. So we decided to buy online, because sales associate JO, said they have different promotions, so WE DID, and we paid $90 to get this phone. Now the third day, i came in just to transfer cell service from a phone that was working fine, and to a phone that wont allow me too. so when the associate Nancy, tells me there's nothing she can do, and there's no mangaer, i find that very unprofessional, and quite frankly, i'm annoyed. I WANT MY $315 BACK, and want to be reimbursed the $90 because now, i have no phone, and no service, and was being charged 45$ a month that payed off by OCTOBER 5TH 2019! CHECK OUR BILL, and if we continued to pay from October, 5 2019 all the way to October, 5, 2020, for a phone that was paid off, we will need reimbursement, or we will look into taking it to court. first days were okay, but now i'm putting in 3 complaints, for all of the days i've been let down by Sprint/Tmobile. She was super helpful, and helped me get my iPhone 12 even though by the time we were close to getting done, it was almost time for them to close. She tried her best to get the pesky screen protector perfect but it wouldn't. Not her fault AT ALL they were closing so I said it was fine, I came back today and they replaced it for free! Just want to make sure she doesn't get in trouble for it. It wasn't her fault at all I hate putting those things on!
