I am extremely disappointed by the experience my friend and I had with your Rapid City location at (Rushmore Mall - 2200 N Maple Ave, Space 612, Rapid City, SD 57701). with the experience my friend and I had at your Rapid City location at Rushmore Mall. An employee, Ashlynn, guaranteed my friend that a Samsung Galaxy Classic watch was available for purchase. This assurance was given knowing my friend would be driving 2.5 hours specifically to buy that watch. Based on that promise, we made the trip. When we arrived, we were told she could not help us due to an "issue," and we then discovered the truth: the watch was never there at all. It had not been set aside, and it was not available as promised. The information we were given was not accurate. This wasn't a minor inconvenience--it was a long drive, wasted time, and a massive disappointment after explicit assurances were made. Customers should be able to trust what they are told, especially when making travel decisions based on that information. While we did our best to make the most of the day, that does not excuse misleading a customer. This experience fell far below the level of honesty and service I would expect from T-Mobile, and I sincerely hope this is addressed so it doesn't happen to someone else. read more

What can I say about the T-Mobile on Elgin? Well, a few words come to mind: awful, terrible, incompetent. Starting to get the picture? I had a warranty claim on my six-week-old phone, and the replacement--approved by T-Mobile's own online support--was shipped to this location in my name. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. When I went to pick it up, the salesperson refused to give me the replacement because--get this--my phone was broken. No kidding. It's a warranty replacement, genius. The damage was already documented, photos sent, details discussed with the online agent. And yet, here I am, wasting more time because someone at this store didn't understand their own process. This is now two weeks in a row I've been treated with rudeness and complete disregard by staff at this location--each time following instructions given to me by T-Mobile's own support team. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic competence here is absolutely unacceptable. If we hadn't just purchased new devices, we'd be switching carriers without a second thought. You can bet a formal complaint is going straight to corporate after this mess. Avoid this location at all costs. Unless you enjoy being talked down to and having your time wasted, take your business somewhere else. read more

This location next to crumbl cookies is amazing. The employees are very nice but especially the manager is the goaaattt. We had an issue and a frustrating situation since calling t-mobile customer service was just sending us in circles (we would go to the t-mobile at the Rushmore crossing mall, they just brushed us off and sent us to the customer service number. Then the customer service number would send us back to the store, etc.) but the manager here wasn't having it and did all he could to make things right, made multiple calls to his associates and did to the best of his ability to help us!! If they had a spot for a 0 that is what I would put. Been told incorrect information for the last almost year and no one ever wants to make it Right. You will catch them in a lie and still they dont make it right. And when told you would get great service you don't. Would never shop or have tmobile again read more

I do not use this service but several of my family members do. Repeatedly they said they had called me (long distance) from Reno and said I did not answer the phone. I told them it never rang and they said it did. Needless to say this caused some friction in the family as they thought I was deliberately ignoring their calls. Now it turns out T-mobile was sending false ring tones. I post this review so others who may have had the same problem AND the same family issues will know it was not their fault. read more

Worst service ever I'd give negative stars if I could. We were told we would have decent cell service in Spearfish SD and that towers were coming in Sept. all of that was a lie. We had no cell service unless we were connected to WiFi...couldn't call and if did get through it was dropped, texting was no better. We asked about the towers and were repeatly told a few more wks and still nothing. I was told by friends in Rapid City where there is suppose to great service that it's not much better there. Anyone from the Spearfish and Black Hills area don't do it it's not worth it!! read more
