I told him I would pay in cash once the services were completed. The day of the job two electricians showed up expecting to work four hours. When it only took one guy barely 90 minutes to complete the job they tried to charge us for the full four hours! My husband refused and was able to get somewhat of a lower price- which was still a gross overcharge for the job that was actually completed. I was told over the phone that labor would be $90/hr. The invoice states that we needed $60 in parts. That should be a total of $195, we were still charge over $300!!!! Now I know why they wanted my credit card in the first place -so they could be assured to get $400 whether they earned it or not. What a scam. (This was the Fort Wayne location of this business).

Extremely rude over the phone. The head electrician there refused to return any of my calls or email messages after our initial conversation where he expressed interest in my business. After two weeks of keeping my project on hold, he emailed me a brief bid for the project. I never ended up hiring them to do the job. I do not plan to contact them again and would suggest finding an electrician who shows some level of respect for their paying customers.
