Buyer Beware‼ I would give them a zero if I could! They lied! On November 11, 2025, I called to inquire about adding cable to our already existing phone and internet plan. They quoted me for $215.86 to include the "tv select" plan, internet, and a 2 mobile phone service with taxes included. I confirmed the quote twice!!! When we received our first month bill... we got a bill for $215.86 AND a separate large bill for our phones! That is definitely NOT what I was quoted ‼. I called today, and they refused to honor the quoted amount and now I am stuck with a much higher bill. Do not let them do this to you too! read more

We switched our entire family to Spectrum Mobile, 7 lines. The rep told us that everything including our cloud storage would move over when we prted over our numbers. Then my wife and I were going to upgrade our phones and we purchased 2 iphones for 2 of our grandsons. After the service was switched from Verizon we noticed that the cloud phots did not move over. After dealing with the store manager, he told us the rep we had dealt with gave us bad info and the only way to get our photos back would be to return the upgraded phone to Spectrum, reactivate the old phone with Verizon, download all of the photos from the cloud back into the old phone and then once all photos were in in the phone, bring the old phone back to Spectrum and report the number back to Spectrum then upgrade the phone. Well after 3 grueling weeks of trying to get all of that to happen, we went back to Spectrum for the final steps of moving the service on that old pnone back to Spectrum and upgrading the phone like we were originally trying to do. Tonight we were told that the promotion that was going to allow us to upgrade the phone for zero cost had now expired and it was going to now cost us $550. We received no help in resolving this in the local office and were instructed to call the customer service number. We received no help from them either. We have bee a customer of Spectrum (previously Charter Communications) for our TV. phone and internet service since 1987. We chose to give them our mobile business because of that long standing relationship. Sorry to say we only turned out to be a "nobody" to Spectrum. With all of the loyal business we have given them over the years and all of the new busuness we were in the process of giving them, they were unwilling to make things right with us. IF I were you, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for TV, internet and mobile services especially if you want to be treated like a good customer instead of just a number. we experienced a major flood in our home and it was deemed uninhabitable. We had to move temporarily while the Home was being repaired. move our next-door and keep the same with just a different address. They said yes we got the box. We hooked everything up and everything went as they said it would, until we received our bill, they charged us a reactivation fee and increased our bill by $105 we called explained. The agent said that this would be fixed and it would be fixed by 23 December, we received a text message today that said that spectrum was not going to honor our request to reduce the extra charges and the absolutely no one in the company wasn't one person that could help. I said there isn't one person that the me in the company will help you. I checked our auto pay. Our auto pay was in good. Our payments were in the auto pay to find our account but spectrum is telling us that because we changed our address that it was our responsibility to pay all these fees we will be leaving spectrum. We will not make a significant difference. We are only one person that said we will tell everyone we know person could help and having a disaster means nothing to these people only $105. read more

Horrible. All they want to do is talk & sell. There is no getting around thier attempt to make an order. When you specifically ask for rate... they want your name and address to initiate an order. VERY SHADY PRACTICE. they won't give rate information. They even know any rate information is only a 1 year promotional rate. If they gave promotional rate... be sure to ask what is the normal rate (taxes & surcharges). I doubt you will get that far. Good luck. Oh, ps, ask them to put down whatever newspaper, book they are reading when you call. "Will" was very distracted. He suggested checking on the internet; WHEN I WAS CALLING FOR INTERNET RATES?! There should be a zero stars option. This is the worst tv service I have ever seen. My previous DSL internet service from at&t was horrible, but Spectrum is even worse than that. It is particularly bad for sports. During the Super Bowl and during basketball games, the tv is constantly going blurry and buffering. It's unwatchable. Even after rebooting the Internet and the Xumo box, it is still unwatchable. The only option is calling customer service which is worthless, since it must be a systemic problem. So, I am warning everyone, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SPECTRUM INTERNET AND TV!!!!! read more

I am currently waiting on their customer service to pick up as I am in store and they told me that they can't help me and I can only be helped over the phone. I have waited 1 hour and 21 minutes to cancel an order I never made. I don't know what the heck is going on at this point and (as I work from home) I need Wi-Fi asap to work (the modem isn't working). I signed up for Spectrum TV this year because the only way I can see you the Detroit Tigers games is on Spectrum TV. I really have no interest in seeing anything else on the network that spectrum provides. Tonight, this is probably the fourth or fifth time that the cable company called spectrum has put my Detroit Tigers baseball game on another network which I do not subscribe to. This is bullshit and I plan on canceling spectrum again as soon as I can. It's not fair and not right that I cannot see my games because it is on another goddamn network that I do not subscribe to. read more
