For the tree removal at the smaller place, the tree was removed, but none of the resulting mess was cleared from the property. The owners of the place ended up cleaning up all the sticks, etc. that was left. The cleanup should have been included in the cost of the tree removal especially since Tree West made a profit from the sale of the tree. For the fallen tree at the other house, some of the tree was cut up and stacked in the yard, but there is still a large portion of the limb that is still lying in the front yard. No one ever came back to finish the job.
