Agreed. Schedule. Person was here around 2 hours. Called and asked what the deal was. They said 'Oh, we'll take $100 off the bill. And that I should have asked for a time and material quote.'. I thought that is what I was asking. I had no idea they would charge $400/hr for a guy to do little. The electrician who came out didn't know why some things where on the quote since it obviously wasn't a problem. I had worked with Hi Tech at work for years. Not what I would have expected. Just annoyed.

We had such an excellent experience with our team from Two Men and a Truck today. We had a team of three men - and what a great team they are: Hassien, Damarcus, and Gavin. All three were so very careful with the furniture, with lots of layers of padding and wrapping. The guys were extremely hard workers, and had such an air of conviviality that it made this difficult move somehow a joy (!?!). My parents' heirloom furniture was handled with kid gloves, patience, care, and kindness. They handled my piano with SUCH care that I knew they understood how important it is (and, of course, how heavy, lol). Their is a part that needs to be ordered and replaced when they get it. I feel Tony fits right in with the Rogers family and really knows his job. He also convinced me that I was very lucky that the problem was not any worse than it was since our unit is almost ten years old and I have never had them do a service call on it. I feel I cheaply learned a lesson and will be having them service our unit like I should have done for the past nine years.
