The store was given proof of my service. Today I get an email from ATT saying they didn't have proof of my service so they are denying my veterans discount. After that was done my order was cancelled two days later due to not signing the old agreement (in-correct promotion) which I signed in store and paid the activation fee. The whole experience has been a complete nightmare and seems to be due to lack of training. I will not return to another T-Mobile store for anything. Luckily Customer service straightened everything out and I got my phone re-ordered with the correct promotion. I never had these issues with Sprint that was my provider for 20+years.

Kind. Patient. Intelligent. Tech Savvy...and able to ease my chest pains with his calm determination to figure out what had happened to my phone. Cable in one room went out. Called 3 days in a row trying to get it fixed. Finally just decided to…read moretake the box in since it had to be that box because the box in the other room was fine. I go in and get signed in, helped withing a few minutes. Was told my box was outdated and they didn't use them anymore and gave me a new box. Took it home and hooked it up. Cable was back on. Why wasn't I told that initially when I called. And the fact that I was talking to people in the Philippines really didn't help.

The front desk people here are always nice and willing to help any way they can. If they don't know…read morean answer, they will find it. In 8 years I only had a problem with one person. The best employee they had no longer works there, but the workers they have still are just fine.
