After that was done my order was cancelled two days later due to not signing the old agreement (in-correct promotion) which I signed in store and paid the activation fee. The whole experience has been a complete nightmare and seems to be due to lack of training. I will not return to another T-Mobile store for anything. Luckily Customer service straightened everything out and I got my phone re-ordered with the correct promotion. I never had these issues with Sprint that was my provider for 20+years.

I called corporate customer relations and got different answers from each person I talked to. Stuck with POS Pixel phones because free isn't really free, and not receiving refund for equipment returned according to their own policy. Conned into 3-year contract and didn't even know. No wonder he didn't print me a receipt... Go anywhere else - for integrity, customer service and non-fraudulent sales practices. They send texts and when you click on link it's like starting the whole thing over again because no one knows anything and they ask you why you are texting them. Ridiculous. I must have heard 'Im sorry' 50 times...
