Skyler continued to assist as needed throughout my shopping. I narrowed down my choices and Skyler put together 2 carts for me because I was undecided between 2 different sectionals. I went back again with my sister a couple days later so I could get her input, and we were assisted by Braedyn. When we mentioned that we were concerned that the sectionals would look too bulky in my living room, Braedyn showed me how I could separate the sectionals I loved into 2 pieces as a sofa and love seat. Once again I was thrilled with the service I received. I shopped at other furniture stores, but I thought the furniture at Bob's was very reasonably priced (except for the mattresses). I finalized my sale today and was happy that both Skyler and Braedyn were working so that I could tell them both how much I appreciated them. I came in around 3 PM and wasn't greeted, which isn't a big deal, just unusual compared to my past visits. At 3:59 PM, a staff member approached me and said "we would like to close, it's 4 PM." The doors were already locked and the open sign had been turned off. I apologized, as I had mistakenly checked the hours for a different thrift store--completely my fault. That said, the interaction felt a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. I've always appreciated the environment here, and that's a big reason I shop here regularly. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. With so many thrift stores around, customer experience really makes a difference and today felt very unwelcoming. Would like to note, I've been there around closing before and usually they make an announcement and are super friendly, today that was not the case.

I watched an employee just go back and forth pushing a broom in front of the exit door getting in the customers way as they tried to leave the store. They had stocked St. Patrick's day items in with the Christmas items. Some of the aisles were so messy with boxes of u stocked items you couldn't even get down them. This used to be nice store to go to for holiday decor but it seems not anymore.

When I saw the selection and quality, I was super excited about replacing some dingy cushions we had at home with some of the ones on offer here, but I had to go home and measure to find out exactly what size I needed. Unfortunately, their website lists all their items that are out of stock, and doesn't have a way for you to select an option to search only in-stock items. As a result, I spent hours trying to figure out what actually was available, and I wound up giving up and ordering from a different company online. Next year, I will probably be back to treat myself to a nice new outdoor rug to bedazzled our deck. looks like they had a pretty nice selection of holiday decor as well. they had supplies out already for both Halloween and Christmas.
