    Buyer Beware‼ I would give them a zero if I could! They lied! On November 11, 2025, I called to…read moreinquire about adding cable to our already existing phone and internet plan. They quoted me for $215.86 to include the "tv select" plan, internet, and a 2 mobile phone service with taxes included. I confirmed the quote twice!!! When we received our first month bill... we got a bill for $215.86 AND a separate large bill for our phones! That is definitely NOT what I was quoted ‼. I called today, and they refused to honor the quoted amount and now I am stuck with a much higher bill. Do not let them do this to you too!

    We switched our entire family to Spectrum Mobile, 7 lines. The rep told us that everything…read moreincluding our cloud storage would move over when we prted over our numbers. Then my wife and I were going to upgrade our phones and we purchased 2 iphones for 2 of our grandsons. After the service was switched from Verizon we noticed that the cloud phots did not move over. After dealing with the store manager, he told us the rep we had dealt with gave us bad info and the only way to get our photos back would be to return the upgraded phone to Spectrum, reactivate the old phone with Verizon, download all of the photos from the cloud back into the old phone and then once all photos were in in the phone, bring the old phone back to Spectrum and report the number back to Spectrum then upgrade the phone. Well after 3 grueling weeks of trying to get all of that to happen, we went back to Spectrum for the final steps of moving the service on that old pnone back to Spectrum and upgrading the phone like we were originally trying to do. Tonight we were told that the promotion that was going to allow us to upgrade the phone for zero cost had now expired and it was going to now cost us $550. We received no help in resolving this in the local office and were instructed to call the customer service number. We received no help from them either. We have bee a customer of Spectrum (previously Charter Communications) for our TV. phone and internet service since 1987. We chose to give them our mobile business because of that long standing relationship. Sorry to say we only turned out to be a "nobody" to Spectrum. With all of the loyal business we have given them over the years and all of the new busuness we were in the process of giving them, they were unwilling to make things right with us. IF I were you, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for TV, internet and mobile services especially if you want to be treated like a good customer instead of just a number.     this Started 8/2024: Verizon and this Plainwell store is the home of the classic "bait and switch"…read more I'm a 21 year client of Verizon and got screwed with my last phone up-grade. Justin S. at the Plainwell store said "$160 with your trade in and no changes to your plan". Not the case at all. 1st few months my bill went up $99. I would call or text Justin about the billing error and he would say "oh VZ just hasn't caught up with your new trade in promotion, I'll issued a credit". He did issued a credit but it wasn't the correct amount. this happened every month until Jason stopped responding. I reached out to Verizon corporate office and got no where except when a 3rd party customer service rep (that spoke very little English) called me to tell me she she would take care of everything but never did anything. I asked for several months for my signed agreement and didn't it until the 5th letter I wrote. here's a shocker, I was not my signature on the agreement. I write Verizon a dispute letter every monthly billing because its incorrect every month. I even wrote directly to Amanda at The Wireless Zone main office and didn't get any response. I recently traveled to Ireland, Spain, and France and got screwed on the VZ international $12.00 per day plan. Disputed the charges because there were many days I didn't user any data. Verizon doesn't care. its one of their many "gotcha" moments Do not use The Wireless Zone stores and certainly dont sign up with Verizon. Plenty other companies out there like T Mobile, Pure Talk and Consumer Cellular.

I also got conned and swindled into the free phone trade in now I am stuck paying over a thousand dollars. It looks like I am not the only one that has been robbed by this store. Verizon has become a low quality company 2 months later and the customer service some call center can't resolve this. By the time someone read this I am sure they will cut my lines off if I choose not to pay the thousand dollars. I even returned the phone to the store and it was mailed back to me. Customers beware of this store...
