Recommend you don't buy any if they are in the small tubs and that you inspect them yourself before purchasing. Should not sell them like this.

Not just my annual service and pickup, but this year I hit a stick and the mower stopped working. I have a large area to mow and the grass grows tall and fast, so when I called in a panic because I was worried I'd get a ticket for tall grass, they came right away! Not only that, but they picked my tractor up at 8AM and brought it back at NOON the same day! They also troubleshot a problem I was having with the clevis on my cart bending and attached a new part in a different configuration so it would hopefully prevent any further issues. Jim and Don are the nicest guys and I always have pleasant conversations with them. It seems to honestly make them happy to give such great service and I am not exaggerating when I say they go above and beyond to make sure they can do all they can for you. Jim even said he'd have mown the lawn if he'd had the time today! I cannot recommend them enough and am so thankful the Kalamazoo location was too full to take me a couple of years ago, because paying a little extra for the pickup/dropoff to Plainwell isn't that much more and totally worth it! He came back to the car to find a box; put the pieces in, dragged the rest of the cart to the front door--I jumped out of he car to open the door and helped him bring it to the car. We struggled but loaded it in--a rag was stuffed in it to sop up the gas. No one helped him and no one put the pieces they took off back together. Never been treated so disrespectfully at any store in Battle Creek. Not a store we would go back to sadly.
