The other day I had a problem recharing my phone, brought it in and Roger found the problem immediately. No fuss, no muss, great service. These employees are geniuses! After that was done my order was cancelled two days later due to not signing the old agreement (in-correct promotion) which I signed in store and paid the activation fee. The whole experience has been a complete nightmare and seems to be due to lack of training. I will not return to another T-Mobile store for anything. Luckily Customer service straightened everything out and I got my phone re-ordered with the correct promotion. I never had these issues with Sprint that was my provider for 20+years.
