Terrible customer service! I brought my elderly mother to…read moreget her a replacement phone. An employee put us on a waiting list, estimating 1.5 hours. Stay close, we'll call you he said. So we did some shopping, and not having been contacted, we returned an hour and 45 minutes later. The manager, "Chris," told us that the call or text we were supposed to receive was only broadcast in the parking lot (?), and that all he could do was put us back on the list for another 1.5 hours. He said there was no way to take us in the store unless we were back on the list. He would not move us up to the front. Excuse me, but what worth is a manager if you don't have the flexibility to help your customers? It's called customer *service*, and it works to help us give your crap corporation our money. We will be finding a different phone carrier that will appreciate our business.

After having a mild heart attack, my friend drove me to the nearest T-Mobile, where I was greeted by Bryan...and having been with T-Mobile for over 6 years, I can easily say that he is the best I've met. Kind. Patient. Intelligent. Tech Savvy...and able to ease my chest pains with his calm determination to figure out what had happened to my phone. Took him only a few minutes, but he had the lifeline to my family back in Cali booting up again, and I was wiping my eyes from tears of relief. Thank you! Thank you so so much Bryan for being my T-Mobile night in black and pink armor...lol Best of luck in all you do. With Gratitude, Linda :)

Luckily Customer service straightened everything out and I got my phone re-ordered with the correct promotion. I never had these issues with Sprint that was my provider for 20+years.
