Store is absolutely run by MORONS! I recently visited this location to make a switch from another cellphone provider to T-Mobile, and the monkey to "took care of us," botched the entire transaction, right there at the store. I spent 3 days without cellphone services due to his incompetence, arrogant and disrespectful of this individual. The store manager, who was in the store at that time, spent his time socializing with a friend of his, while this idiot was trying to set up my transfer- a basic handling of the most simple transfer - from one carrier to T-Mobile. Steer clear from this store, these monkeys! They do not know what they are doing, they don't care to do anything right, they are there to pass the time, and attend to their friends. read more

Employees were rude, condescending and not attentive. Making fun of customers, having non job related conversations with each other and using profanity. The manager Ash was the worst. Can't believe such a rude, uneducated person would even be promoted to manager. Staff was making fun of a customer of fell and broke her vinears, laughing that they have a lawsuit now. This is one of the most unprofessional places I have been to in Port Orange. Sad that T-Mobile employees people like this. Zero customer service skills. I went to this store after very poor customer service from a nearby T-Mobile. It was a 180 degree difference. The staff at this store is not focused on up selling additional products or changing your plan. They are friendly and knowledgeable and focus on getting you the right phone for your needs AND setting up your new phone 100 percent to your satisfaction before you leave the store. I observed their attention to detail and customer service not just on me, but equally dedicated to the other customers that came to the store while I was there. They also multitasked at the proper times to accept payment from customers needing to pay their bills. I found the service to be exceptional, especially the efforts they took to help another couple get their new phones operational despite forgetting their email passwords. WORST customer service ever! I have been with Tmobile for 7 months now. And still EVERY single month I have to call in to get my bill fixed. The sales person who signed me up put me under the wrong promotion and every month they tell me it will be corrected and every month it's not. So here we are month number seven I just got my bill and it's still $41.67 higher than its supposed to be. Stay away!! tmobile is the worst!! They have no desire to fix their mistakes they would rather the customer be inconvenienced and hassled every single month! read more

I went to this location after the absolute worse experience at the T-Mobile store in the Pavillion. There was an immediate difference in atmosphere as well as professionalism. Heather has an amazing personality and willingness to help fix the issue the other store created. She went above and beyond to correct our issue. She apologized for the experience we had even though it was not her fault. She called TMobile for us to help get our phones working again. She did all of this with patients, respect, and made us feel valued. Josh was also a great help in discussing our options and breaking everything down to us, so we knew exactly what we could do. This would be the only store I would go back to, Thanks to these two wonderful individuals. They really represent true customer service is supposed to be about. read more

I got a new phone and they helped me transfer my contacts and information from my old phone without huffing & puffing like I experienced in other stores in Miami, and West Palm Beach. I give the store no stars. In December 2017 I went in to the T-Mobile on Taylor Road in Port Orange to switch from a business account with jump to a 55+ program. The sales girl received both my Samsung seven and Samsung 8+ switched the accounts from a business to a personal and we received our new Samsung eight note. Months later I get a bill for over $1000 and after calling customer service and going into the store and speaking to the original sales girl I come to find out that the phones we turned it in or lost by the store I was a assured they find them in the account would be settled as paid in full it's now six months later the store will not help T-Mobile customer service will not help they've created a charge off reported it to all three credit bureau's . The store will not take responsibility even though I have a recording of the original sales girl admitting she excepted those phones and I signed all electronic documents when turning them in . They were told by customer service that they could do a courtesy credit refund and the new manager will not even entertain the idea even though it's their stores fault that the phones were either stolen or lost . And to make matters worse I find out yesterday the T-Mobile is still billing me for the original business account that was closed and paid in full in December 2017 . Although Verizon was more expensive and that's why I switched to T-Mobile I should've never left Verizon they handle things in a much more professional manner and this matter would've been cleared up immediately . read more
