I went into the store to get my refund from a credit on my bill. First when I walked in no I be greeted me just a young man stared at me and said nothing. Finally the young lady told him to help me. Then I proceeded to let him know they owed me a credit on my bill. I handed the bill to him stating so. He told me I would have to wait. So for 30 minutes I waited then I spoke up to the young lady that finished with her customer and was going to help someone else. As the young man had no customer skills and did not know what to do. This said young lady was not pleased with me asking her for my refund. Then she proceeds to tell it was a negative balance and they did not owe me any money. On the bill I handed her it stated that it was a credit to my account. And a negative sign before the dollars amount means it is a credit . So I had to leave this said store before I showed my ignorance. The managers need to train there employees better. read more

WORST customer service ever! I have been with Tmobile for 7 months now. And still EVERY single month I have to call in to get my bill fixed. The sales person who signed me up put me under the wrong promotion and every month they tell me it will be corrected and every month it's not. So here we are month number seven I just got my bill and it's still $41.67 higher than its supposed to be. Stay away!! tmobile is the worst!! They have no desire to fix their mistakes they would rather the customer be inconvenienced and hassled every single month! read more

The only reason I am a giving this store a 1 rating is because they were eager enough to earn their commission and greeted us right away. Dylan is the person we dealt with and he tried to add products to my service advising it was 'a bundle'. He got an attitude when I told him I didn't want the extras and that I visited a Tmobile the day prior and what they offered me. Mallory, Jay, Dylan started talking poorly about the person I spoke to on the International T-Mobile store. The manager, Sebastian, also decided to chip in and talk poorly. HORRIBLE customer service and company etiquette on their behalf. The best part of this situation is the lady Mallory was helping said that she saw this store had a 1 rating. I now understand why. I will gladly be taking my business to the T-Mobile store on international tomorrow. read more

IWAS very satisfied Mallory was great she was a great help with my phone and my Tablet

The time spent at this T-Mobile store was 3 hours standing in front of the counter, while Mallory sat on her stool. She has a very passive-aggressive nature. When you ask questions she becomes borderline rude. She tried to up-sell so many products without ever touching on Price. She says you get 2 free tablets on us and a hotspot. After we questioned this, she left out you will have to pay 15$ per tablet a month and additional money for this hotspot. She also took it upon herself to add another line for my 8-year-old son which we never asked for or mentioned. She was asked several times if they had phones in stock, her reply" I have to check the safe". She never did that. We asked her to excuse us for a moment so we could discuss what was going on alone, after a few minutes she walks outside and say's in an abrupt tone" well if you get the pro that will save you 20$". That should never be done! She had an attitude several times throughout the transaction. She had multiple sim cards scanning each one putting them in our phones. In the end, due to her lack of professionalism and sales techniques, I had her just put the sim cards in so we were on the Tmobile. We say Thank you and she says nothing, just has an attitude. This woman tried to up-sell and not even give full disclosure. She also told us we need to come back in 24 hours then she could give us the promotion, when questioned about the 24 hours I never received an educated response. She tried to add the internet as well, when my husband said I don't want the internet she replied in a snotty tone you can just draw a line through it on the paper. She said it would be 90 for the activation fee/upgrade fee (interchangeably using those terms) I explained when I was on my 2-hour hold with T Mobile customer service I was told. T Mobile never has activation fees, Her response " They lied to you, do you think that money should come out of my paycheck, I am a single mom" I never implied it should, only informed her what I was told by TMobile customer service. She then gets on the phone with a "Manager" Not hers because he's on vacation. It was obvious through her end of the conversation that basically we are full of it and there's nothing they can do. Her resolution, as well as the unknown manager, was to take it up with customer service. Once we leave we find out we can not call each others phones, wouldn't even ring just states call ended. We called the store and explained what was going on, the young lady that answered told Mallory. We could hear her say well they will just have to wait I am on the phone with customer service. I hate to say this but she needs a new job NOT working with the public. I can only imagine the number of people she has gotten over on and their bill is now double what it use to be. The only fortunate part for us is we did find the Tmobile on Taylor road and the employees there KNOW what customer service is and are transparent. Heather spent a couple of hours fixing what Mallory messed up on our phones. NEVER go to this location. read more
