Well thank you Dwayne, we went over to Verizon and are saving $100 a month on our bill, are now getting unlimited data and the employees there were happy to answer all our questions without treating us like morons. My advise is that you should find a job in another field because customer service isn't your gig and you just cost the company a $400 a month account.

He treated her with extraordinary patience, respect, and kindness. By the time she left, she was smiling and at ease -- a testament to Jacob's professionalism and compassion. When he helped me, Jacob quickly resolved my issue -- which turned out to require AT&T-level support. His manner was professional, clear, and never condescending. I felt well informed and knew that I would not be stuck with more costs than would be worthwhile. My installer told me I should have the Wi-Fi eight mesh router with my level of service or I don't know these things the company does why didn't they give me the router and modem to begin with So I called customer service. They said no you have the right router I said well why did your technician tell me otherwise I think he would know so I asked for a supervisor they said oh somebody will call you back. I missed a call. They didn't even number where I could reach them back so I called Customer Service two or three more times and no supervisor was available. I eventually asked them to email me rather than call me. I emailed them. They never emailed me back. There is one blessing or one good customer service person in the store. I have her name somewhere she went above and beyond and took something off my price of my service voluntarily. Although I think that was to generate me to upgrade my services but nonetheless. When going into the store, their check-in is not ADA compliant. I had asked somebody for help. I saw another elderly gentleman who was trying to check in for 30 minutes, so I volunteered myself since staff was incompetent and capable and indifferent. That was discriminatory in violation of the ADA. I told Customer Service that their check-in is not ADA compliant. They didn't know what I meant so this is now notice to Spectrum. This is a grievance of noncompliance of discrimination and violation of the Americans with disabilities act. You need to fix this and fix this immediately as required under federal law.

There was very poor service and the Hotspot did not work as well as my AT&T service. I returned the perfect condition phone to this store and my refund was rejected. I did not exceed the 60 minute limit and the phone was in perfect condition. I met their written terms for a refund. I notified Mastercard and I expect a a full refund for a breach of contract. I should've known better when the owner of the store described the phone as "off the chain" during their sales pitch. That pitch is total bullshit and quite ghetto.

The cable box would reset and turn off our tv, then take about 5 minutes to restart. This seemed to happen just when we were watching an important moment of a show. If we were watching live, we would lose that programming, and all shows being recorded at that time missed 5-20 minutes. This happened even when we were streaming a show over the net without using DIRECTV at all, even when the direct tv receiver was 'off.' We had technicians out to fix the problem, who recommended new equipment. The problem continued after putting in the new equipment, and after putting up with it for a full year we cancelled DIRECTV and switched to using YouTube TV over the net. DIRECTV then hit up with a $200 cancellation fee for 'early cancellation' even though we had been customers for over a decade and it was the technician who recommended new equipment. At least we are saving $100/month with YouTube TV. I can't give DIRECTV zero stars, so they get 1 star.
