I was with Verizon for several years and then T-Mobile come out with this promotion for three months free service I decided to try it and the customer service is just immaculate. You will not find a better customer service for a phone company and their service or overall is fantastic. If you don't have T-Mobile then you don't have phone service you do you do not know what you're missing. Tony .... T mobile agent! You rock dude you rock you are awesome. You got something done that I've been trying to get done for a very long time you're awesome and you definitely need a raise.! Stop blaming covid. I've stopped by 3 times in the last couple of weeks because my phone is dropping calls and I'm having phone issues and your store is always closed during your normal business hours. Sign and website says open 10-8 but no one is never here. It's 10:36 am on Wednesday. Today, while I was waiting to see the company the carrier Loomis that deals with transporting money stopped and tried to get in as well. Multiple customers sitting out here wondering what is going on. Driver says this place is like this all the time. Where's the accountability? Where's the manager? read more

After trying to access my account online to no avail for about 45 minutes, I drove 30 minutes to this store where I was met with a very rude and curt young woman who quickly explained what I should do on my phone then walked away. My friend and I tried to do that but couldn't so I asked for more help and I could feel her impatience. Mind you, she was simply working on the computer. No customers. My second attempt didn't work either. She finally told me I would have to drive another 40 minutes to "corporate headquarters" which is just another Verizon store, to fix my problem, as they could not do what I needed there. And why wasn't that said at the beginning? Before leaving I politely told her someday she will be old and confused and wish she had been more patient with me. BTW, the trip to "headquarters" was futile. All I needed to do was call a special number to which I was on hold in the store for an hour. All tolled, a four hour problem. What's wrong with our world that we can't help customers? read more

Extremely poor customer service. Went in to ask for help regarding a Samsung S20 power button that fell off. No solutions offered, snarky comments about how I bought my phone on promotion~as if that means I should expect defects. Shamed me for having a hairline fracture on my screen. Walked in, waited 15 minutes till we were helped. Watched a man walk in and IMMEDIATELY get served by a man worker with neck tattoos. When we got fed up with it we said multiple times, "We were skipped. We were never helped." The 2 employees (a man with neck tattoos and a woman named Kathryn with brown hair and glasses) ignored us. When we finally went up to an employee and explained that the man who had waited 5 seconds to be served was helped before us, we got snarky remarks in return and a monotone "My apologies." When we sat back down, the employee with neck tattoos, Kathryn, and the man proceeded to literally talk shit about us and calling us rude and many other comments right in front of us. Our experience at this T-Mobile was absolutely infuriating and left me shaking with anger. I have never been treated this rudely before by employees that are supposed to help you. Thank you to Michelle for being kind and helping us, it was greatly appreciated after being treated like this by her coworkers. We ended up leaving because although Michelle tried to help us for a few minutes, we were not checked on after that and ended up leaving after being at the store for an hour with nothing we needed help with done. Kathryn even said a rude remark to us when we were leaving the store. Absolutely terrible store and customer service. Hire different employees. read more
