I had bought a Bose soundbar a few years ago, and it never worked consistently. The Geek Squad…read morewouldn't even look at it unless I could tell whether it was an installation issue or a soundbar-not-working issue. I was really frustrated as I had no way to tell which it was. They came out the same day I called (this was huge as I'm an out-of-town property owner and have to arrange everything in advance, usually) and got my non-working Bose soundbar hooked up correctly and working for the first time in years! Right after they left I was cleaning dust bunnies from behind the electronic and the whole bunch fell down and cords got disconnected. Of course I couldn't get it working and hadn't yet photographed the correct cord setup. I called them & they came right back and patiently set it up, correctly again. Hopefully I will not have any more A/V issues but if I do, would not hesitate in calling them again.

Shauna & Savannah were the 2 ladies at the T Mobile store on Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Fla that…read morewere fantastic in handling my issue. Both Shauna & Savannah were well versed and extremely knowledgeable. Long story short, T Mobile's off shore phone techs were not well trained, incompetent and they ended up "bricking" my T Mobile Gateway forcing me to drive 75 miles and spending 8 hours reprogramming my security system, cameras, home automation, sprinkler system, lighting, TV's. computers, etc. I highly recommend Chris (store manager) as well as Shauna and Savannah. They were all wonderful to deal with. My advice is to go to your local T Mobile store such as T Mobile in Callaway, Fl and don't waste your time with off shore techs who lie about their qualifications.
