Bought 3 vape batteries from this loaction. One quit working. The associate said they would replace it but did not have another of the same. I asked if i could get store credit to get something else. They said they were not supposed to do that and were really supposed to tell me tough shit. Really, great customer service. There are too many vape stores in the city to go to one that don't stand behind there products and talk to their customers thay way. read more

Cool Ferris Wheel and a movie theater and a nearby Target and Wal-Mart. We go here often during the winter and there are even places across the highway if you want a liquor store or some more great restaurants. Love it! Some of the chain restaurants can get tourist trap pricey.

Felt as if I was being treated like I was at fault for the error or that I caused the issue. Not great being treated like a scammer after buying so much from them over the years. I was very helpful and doing everything I could to aid them but communication was very poor on their part. Will not visit again. Never has been the most pleasant Goodwill so I will not overlook this experience. Boo. Treat people better and don't expect the worst from people when dealing with issues.
