Very friendly and quick! The place is very clean and well set up. One of the things I personally loved was how well they were with me and my 2yr old while fighting to get her shoes back on she kicked off. They were super sweet to her which means a lot to me as most places I go automatically judge my kid as we walk in like I'm about to let her rip the store apart or something. read more

Clean store, but a little too clean and " clinical" feel to it for my personal preference. No one was "hanging out" in fact there was no one in the store except 1 employee, who seemed nice and pleasant, and the owner, who seemed very pretentious. I did not purchase anything. read more

The staff here is excellent!!! They are very helpful when you first come in and are trying to decide which one is best for you. After that, we always remember who you are and are supper nice!!! Been going to Dr. Vape it for about 2 years? I think,the location next to Ross. Recently I baught a Rouleauxe 2/3 or however in gods name you spell it. less than a month later the device was faulty. I took it into Dr.Vape it, told them of my issue and they expressed I was not the first person having this problem. It was practically assumed that I was out of my warranty period until I asked to have it checked via phone number and computer. After they discovered that I was IN the warranty period, they told me they where out of the product and provided absolutely no solution to fix it or meet my demands. Instead they proceeded to evade the issue and continue to sell new products to the family member that was with me. read more
