I didn't catch the gentleman's name who checked me in and took my order but he was very friendly and could answer any question I had about the products I was curious about. Once in the back the room is wonderfully decorated with all the toys and tools you could possibly need to get started. Hope helped me check out and offered to help with future education about proper use of tools and the products they offer. She was also incredibly helpful and kind. Overall it was a quick (which is not negative; you wait much longer at some other spots) and very warm experience. Edit: he wasn't playing about the Dolato strain.. it a heavy hitter.

In the immortal words of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards You Can't Always Get What You Want, But Sometimes, You Get What You Need. AND THAT IS WHERE BEN AND MITCH COME IN. It occurred to me at my last visit to P13 how much I enjoy talking with Ben and Mitch and hearing their replacement suggestions. They go beyond simply comparing strains--they recommend options that enhance the experience in new ways and never disappoint. Ben and Mitch are focused on the craft and create a good vibe with their excellent customer service and are one of the reasons that I continue being a loyal patron. For your next weed shop stop, I highly recommend Planet 13 on 23rd Street. From the moment you walk in, the welcoming energy is clear--and thanks to Ben and Mitch, you will leave knowing your day has been made! **********************************

For a small space there is a lot to browse. Staff are friendly for the most part. Doesn't get too…read morebusy if that's something you worry about. Though it is off a very busy road so everyone already sees you going in. We were offered assistance on our visit which we appreciated but didnt need. When checking out the cashier asked if we wanted batteries for one of our items. I said yes thinking we were going to get a pack of batteries. For another one of our items, she had to open to make sure the batteries that came with were still good. They were rusted and she replaced them.. I can't say I wasn't concerned. There's a no return/refund policy which I understand why. Fast forward to that night the smaller item that originally had rusted batteries stopped working after like a minute.. even with the new batteries. That was a big mood killer and disappointment. I didn't realize that for the other item, that we thought we bought a pack of batteries for, she actually opened and put generic Amazon batteries in. And in doing so she broke the plastic cap that keeps the batteries in. She never said anything to us about it and still sold it to us! How am I supposed to use it if there's nothing holding the batteries in?? And it wasn't a "cheap" item either which is more upsetting. Also not sure how much we were charged for the batteries since we weren't given a receipt. While in the shop we were comfortable and confident in what we purchased. The staff going out their way to check and replace batteries we appreciated but had us questioning the quality and age of their items. But the fact that they let us leave with a physically broken item, knowing we would not be able to return, is dishonest and disgusting in my eyes. Not sure if I'd recommend this place but if you do go, make sure to keep an eye on how your purchase is handled..

It was so nice to walk into the store and find both employees and the single customer they were attending to masked up. But, I was also thoroughly impressed with the local geological knowledge and history that the male clerk was happy to share with us. Both employees were so friendly, and really well versed in the common uses of their toys and some of the fetishes that accompanied the uses as well. It was a safe space to ask questions and delve into possible fantasies to explore with a partner or on your own. If you are sex positive and like erotic literature, games, and even mixing CBD with lubricants, you will not be disappointed with the variety you can find here. Besides the wide selection of sexy intimate wear, you can find rocks, incense, and intention candles. The only thing I don't recall seeing was sage: but it's highly likely I just overlooked it as I was distracted by the graphic comics featuring WOC! Such a great gem to stumble across in Panama City Beach!!
