The clerk at the store told her it would damage the computer on her ford explorer if he changed it but offered her tools to change it herself. I told her that was a lie. She drove to the nearest advanced auto parts which is a couple of blocks from this store and they changed her battery in less than five minutes. Lazy lazy we will never do business with oriellys in the future. My only hope is that this review somehow makes it to corporate office so they can educate stores on customer service and how they would like their family treated in the future.

Came yesterday to buy an auxilliary 12V battery for my 2007 Prius. The price was about 10% higher than online, BUT installation is part of the deal. ('course, I watched a couple of YouTube videos and figured I could change it myself...). Do yourself a favor - let them change it. Just jump start your car and come on over. They'll handle it. Excellent service - friendly/attentive. Good warranty (84 months).
