The clerk at the store told her it would damage the computer on her ford explorer if he changed it but offered her tools to change it herself. I told her that was a lie. She drove to the nearest advanced auto parts which is a couple of blocks from this store and they changed her battery in less than five minutes. Lazy lazy we will never do business with oriellys in the future. My only hope is that this review somehow makes it to corporate office so they can educate stores on customer service and how they would like their family treated in the future.

The port obviously is good the music is playing.... something's off with the charge. I cut the phone off and plug it into the wall for stronger amps. Then the thing doesn't cut on. Awesome. Googled up some systemic issues with my phone on my laptop. Battery issues are so common Apple has had to adjust pricing for battery replacement. I'm in Ozark, Alabama fat lotta good that does me here when the closest Apple store is 280 in Bham. I call Best Buy, I call I Fix Cell phones place in Walmart and finally I speak with Logan at Battery Source and he has my battery. The nicest person I've spoken to over the phone in some time. He didn't talk down to me although I'm borderline tech challenged. He was super friendly and accommodating. He game me directions to the store as my gps on my phone was no longer a viable option. For 60 bucked they replaced my battery, which included a $20 install fee. They finished in 15 mins. $60 bucks vs buying a new phone. Friendly prompt service. This was a very crappy personal crisis event, which is nerve racking while out of town. I was in danger of missing out on FaceTiming my kiddos last night. I was pissed and annoyed and this kids politeness and friendliness over the phone and in person really helped my mood. Customer service these days is rare. Logan is trying to bring it back.
