I'll pass! Been here couple of times in regards to my plan! Staff seems very lazy and points you to call customer service for everything! If I am already in your store, why can't you call or figure out a solution? Tries to intimidate you as soon as you walk in. Too many bodies like body guards hovering over you! It was black Friday it was crowded. I waited one hour very patiently , finally somebody came and offer me assistance.... What ever I ask , hey couldn't accomplish.... Those employees shouldn't work at public with customers Simple purchase of new cellphone for them is impossible.... First they said they don't have it in the store, I said that's ok we can ordered, How long will take they said approximately 7 days , I said that's fine I can wait...And they they ask me to exchange my current 12 pro max , I said no I'm gonna give my old phone to my niece.... Went in for the upgrade on my phone. I think a training issue is obvious here. The representative did not know how to do the upgrade. We ended up having to call the corporate and do the transaction via phone. I could have done this rather than come into the store. The rep was nice but distracted by the new rep having to keep stopping to help her. Like I said there appears to be training needed here. Plus the new girl just kept interrupting me when I was talking to him. I think she was nervous but it didn't show much appreciation for me. read more

I Used to work at a T-Mobile store but I'm working at Metro By T-Mobile now. I had a slight problem with my Phone so I called. I was on hold for 30mins 3 people picked up the phone. The 3rd person was really helpful she did apologize for the inconvenience because she is training I said ok no problem. I know how that is I've been there before. I made a switch from a previous company and I couldnt be more happier, T mobile had been the best phone company I've dealt with. Customer service was completely helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my phone and when they couldnt help they then directed me to a Tech guy that then walked me right through the process I would give 10 Stars if I could on the service that was given!! I was able to unlock my phone without resetting my phone I was even given further assistance of how to keep my photos safe!! This is my go-to store since I live in town. I don't have the habit of paying my phone bill online so I just walk in and make my payment here. I have never had any issues, staff is always great. Yesterday I went in for two reasons, to pay my phone and to talk to someone about a certain issue I was experiencing with my phone and phone case. I knew most likely I had to speak with Kareem (not sure if I got the spelling correct, sorry) the store manager so I waited for him. A young store employee wanted to help but I told him that I would rather wait and speak with his manager. Kareem was helping another customer and I waited for about 20 min, I wasn't in a rush to I didn't mind at all. When he was finally able to help me I told him about my problem and even showed him my phone and phone case and what was happening. Let me tell you, he went above and beyond just customer service, he made me feel like he actually cared for my device and that I didn't have to be going through that. Phone cases are made to protect your phone and not damage it. My phone case was creating spots on my phone like the plastic was sweaty OR getting sweaty especially after using my phone for hours at a time and would find myself cleaning it like twice a day. So he looked into it and not only he told me that he didn't have any more cases for my phone because his store no longer carries my phone which is the HTC U11 Life Plus. But, as a great manager that he is he said "hold on a second let me go to the back and see if we happen to have anything", three minutes later he comes back with a different case, he told he found one but that the price was $29.99, I told him that it would be a little much for me since I still had to pay my phone. So he said you know what, maybe this case isn't in our system since we no longer carry the phone or maybe it's on sale or something. To our surprise, the case was not $29.99 but $5.99! It's was a no brainer and I took it! He cleaned my phone and put the new sleek suede like case in my phone. He said you should not have the same problem and if you do come back and see me. I thanked him yesterday and I want to thank him in this review. I had never written a review on this store since I do visit it quite frequently but now I felt I definitely had a reason to. Thanks Kareem for helping me personally with my problem. Your staff as well, especially Beto always willing to help. I hope you remain the store manager for years to come. This town needs more helpful people like yourself willing to go above and beyond and making us customers feel like you care about our phone problems or technical problem no matter how insignificant they may seem.
