Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the T-MOBILE store in Tucson on Ina Road. I really cannot think the individuals who assisted me there who took such good care of me. Brendin and Marc were those assisted me and they both were nothing short of exceptional in their knowledge, style, professionalism. Their manner in helping me out was unbelievable. I am so happy they are finally out of business. Seniors beware. Do not deal with T Mobile. If you have a problem or god forbid due a refund and have 6 months or more to spare as well as a day in your life in hours to spend on the phone. Out of the 360.00 refund due I have gotten all but 119.90 that I have been assured I will get they see the negative balance on the account. This has been going on since Dec 2023. It in now 5/2024. Endless apologies guarantees research numbers refund numbers it's crazy! Please please try another company. read more

I usually don't like going to T-Mobile branch stores in person due to the amount of times associates try to up sell me on things other than what I do the visit for. But this one particular time was just different. This young man by the name of Ricky was pretty down to earth and pretty professional at the same time. Was patient with me throughout the whole process of upgrading to a new phone. Rare vibe this guy carries for a T-Mobile sales associate. On a side note. After the whole transaction was done for I was invited to spin this price wheel they had in which I landed a free Samsung Galaxy Watch which was so surreal. Went in for a phone upgrade and got a whole free smart watch. Would totally recommend this location to anyone in the Nogales area. If y'all do go in make sure to ask for Ricky, you won't be disappointed. read more

I bought a phone from t-mobile in May 2017 in July the phone started to act up. it gave me a blue screen. on July 28 I went in to T-mobile to return the phone with the manufacturers warranty. they customer service guy said there was nothing wrong with the phone he checked it thoroughly and said it was working as it should the blue screen did not come up... so. I went home and the blue screen pops up again. a couple of weeks later I took the phone back. a different guy said there was nothing wrong with the phone. he said the battery was swelling and agreed to exchange the battery but not the phone. I told him... its not the battery its the phone. he said no. so again I wait about a week and a half and the battery finally shows up at my home. I put the battery in and the phone is still not working and the blue screen is on permanently... I take the phone back to t-mobile and now they say that because the battery was swelling the phone is now not covered under the warranty because it made the screen pop out a little. I said this is not my fault... I brought this phone in over a month ago and told you that it wasn't working. you wouldn't take it. I brought it twice. I spoke with the manager and even the manager would not take responsibility for what had happened. I wasn't looking to rip t-mobile off. I just wanted to be fair. I was sold a crappy phone and I wanted a replacement. If they had looked at it further they would have seen the internal damage it had and they could have replaced it. instead they didn't take it and the swelling made it more damaged. needless to say I was very upset when I left the store... I even told them to look at the cameras to see how many times I had gone with the phone they said that wasn't possible. and that they were not trained to see if a phone was damaged or not that all they could do was look at it. wow... way to go T-mobile... you can tell me its working fine... but you can't tell me its broken? how is that? anyway... I left... I called t-mobile directly and spoke with a customer service agent who gave me the option of paying $5 dollars this month for the warranty and swapping out the phone... that was ok with me... at lease she was working with me to help me out... she also let me know that it was at the supervisors discretion at the home store to have taken the phone or not.... Very poor customer service at Nogales, Arizona... even though I was there 3 times. I know that T-mobile corporate is not accustomed to selling inadequate phones but the professionalism at this home store to not take my phone when I'm clearly telling them whats going on with it. they have no training in phone diagnostic. and then trying to imply that I wasn't there for this same reason over a month ago was just terrible. take responsibility if you had taken it when I went in the 2 times prior to this time, there would not have been any further damage to the phone... As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by every associate. I love coming to this store because every associate knows their stuff and if they don't, they look it up and make sure; unlike most carriers that will lie just to get a sale. I get honest opinions about phones that will fit my everyday needs. Jaime and his associates are always ontop of it. If they don't have a product in the store they will cal around to the other stores that they know and will get it for u, with no issues at all!!
