I had internet at home with AT&T until June 2022. I stopped the service and returned all the equipment on July 5th to UPS as the ATT agent had instructed me to do so. And I removed the auto-payment option and my credit card from my account in AT&T. After a few days, I received an email from AT&T that I should return the equipment by July 25th or they will charge me $164. I contacted AT&T and told them I have already returned the equipment and have the receipt for it. They said that I shouldn't worry because it takes a few days to process returned equipment. Then in late August, I noticed that they have charged my credit card $164 even though I had removed my credit card from my account! Charging me for returned equipment is one thing but keeping my credit card information and charging it without my authorization is obviously fraud. I contacted ATT support multiple times. Eventually, someone from AT&T contacted me and confirmed that they have received the equipment and apologized, and refunded that amount to my credit card. However, a few days ago I noticed that there is a collection claim against me for that amount and AT&T has sold my account to a collection agency. And I noticed that they have charged my credit card again! read more

Called to see if they had a particular apple phone in stock before traveling to the store. Staff refused to tell me if they had the phone, citing this information as being confidential and something they don't want to reveal for competitive reasons? Really? This is supposed to be some sort of state secret? Funny how every other store doesn't have a problem providing this information. read more

I have had multiple good experiences with this store. I've come here to buy accessories, and to get a new SIM card and set up a phone that I bought from a third party retailer. They were very helpful and supportive in all cases. My only beef with this store is that it has a pretty large area, and they don't carry all that much in the way of products, especially not many supporting accessories for older phones. But this is a complaint about T-mobile as a whole, not this particular location. This particular location is top-notch, the employees have always been super helpful and really competent, both at actually doing things and at recommending products to me and communicating the differences between things. read more

Jae and Sam were so helpful during our T-Mobile experience! They made trading in our phones so simple and they very both very knowledgeable when it came to answering our questions concerning the products and providing us information about various phone protection plans. They both had glowing personalities and their interpersonal skills with one another were strong. Jae and Sam helped us leave the store with all of our tasks complete. Dropped my phone a couple months ago and COMPLETELY smashed the screen (glass was falling out, it was bad). Unfortunately I couldn't fix the screen at Apple, so I decided to head into T-Mobile and just upgrade my phone (I had a 7 so it was about time). Jae helped me out with EVERYTHING from start to finish, she even put my screen protector on because clearly I needed it. Sam was also awesome and I saw both of them give great customer service to everyone who came in. They also made sure everyone was six feet apart which made me feel really comfortable going there. GREAT experience, can't recommend them enough. read more
