She has copies of all and was to "figure out" how to correct. Notice these are unauthorized charges to my bank account. Mediacom is responsible. I WILL BE reimbursed. This is embarrassing!!! Truthfully, I can't wait till Spectrum rolls into Gulf Breeze. I call Mediacom every other month with billing "errors". There is either embezzlement or an interesting computer glitch. I called today to be assisted activating it. Now both the original person and the person today confirmed that it was free and no charge cause I asked the person today and he said yes there's no charge at all ever. So I had to call back 55 minutes later because it would not connect. It was red and the lady made a comment that it was free for the first 90 days and then I would be charged and I told her that's not what the first two people said and she said I'm sorry but after 90 days there's a charge I said send me a label and I'll send it back. Mediacom cannot get their story straight and they cannot keep the Internet connected. I've had a cable running from one house to two houses down outside of my house for the last three months. It's ridiculous. They are the worst Internet cable service in this country.
