I want to give a shout out to Mason Zweifel who works at this Verizon store. He was working with an elderly women who was obviously very stressed and somewhat confused about the phone process and what she should do. He was so patient and so kind with her and definitely went above and beyond for her. He helped her with every step and explained everything to her and kept reassuring her that he would get her account all figured out and get her phone working for her. My PURCHASING experience here was great. Sarah was awesome to work with during the sale. But what bothers me deeply is after the first month my bill went up by $409 dollars. I had reached out to Sarah as she had asked me to reach out to her with any issues. She responded the following day saying she would look into the situation. After that it was crickets. No response after four days even after repeatedly asking for an update. Do better. read more

If I could give a NEGATIVE star then I would. Save yourself time, headache, and being talked about in front of other customers by going to a Corporate store or any other location but this one. I went to this store while my husband went to the store in Perdido. This store offered me NOTHING. Perdido offered my husband the promotion they were having that included a new phone, tablet, and watch. When I went back to ask about the promotion, I was lied to several times saying it wasn't available at that time which was a lie that was confirmed later on my FOURTH visit. I ended up paying a first bill of $560 while my husband and sons was only $320. Perdido charged $29 for the first setup fee and then $19 each device after that. This store charges as $50 setup fee for each device. My son was charged $50 for a device setup that he setup himself. I had to return 3 additional times. Second time was to turn in the phones but the original two people I spoke with wasn't there so I was turned away by Logan and advised to come back when they are there. I returned again and a guy name Justin helped me this time but then told me I couldn't get the $1000 credit for me phone that it was now only $800. I returned again to pick up my watch that was supposed to be preordered the first time I was there but it wasn't so I had to return again and they tried to give me whatever color they had in stock and not what I asked/paying for. The last time I was there was the kicker. Shawn was such a smart mouth and very snarky when I asked him why my bill was $500+ dollars. The smug look on his face was VERY appalling and confirmed that nothing I was saying mattered to him AT ALL. He even had his head leaned on his fist at one point as in he was being sarcastic with the same twisted smug look on his face. Every time I said something he had a rebuttal or lie. I asked why I was never told about the promotion in the first place and he said I told him I didn't want to spend any money which was a bald face LIE. I asked what phones were available and was told by him and Dylan that my phone was fine and the only difference was the camera. NO ONE ever mentioned the promotion that my husband received the same day. Yet I heard about the $60k he spent on solar panels on his home and how his interest rate on his home is so low he'll never be able to refinance BUT I couldn't be told about the promotion. Shawn proceeded to tell me that he don't force anything on anybody. I'd agree with him if I was at least given a choice. Then he said it was my fault that I'm in this predicament because he called me on 04/05 and I didn't answer. Well, this was the day I went and obtained the promotion that my husband had gotten and my phone had to transfer for 2+ hours so how could I receive ANY calls? Meanwhile, Logan was sitting next to us with a customer there and was laughing loudly at each snarky comment Shawn made as if I was a joke. I've never seen anything like this especially from a VERIZON affiliate. HORRIBLE first impression with Verizon. HORRIBLE!! Of course I left messages for the Regional Managers with no follow-up. It's okay though....I made sure to report it to Verizon. Go somewhere else that your money will be appreciated. read more

These people are thieves and liars! Bought 2 new phones I was told my bill would be $154.00. When I got the bill it was $440.00. Then they said we will lower it to $380.00. Great store. Ssssooooooo much better than Go Wireless out near Perdido. They saved us $70 bucks on a 4S turn in that we didn't know about. Great customer service and knowledgeable. Jason was great and treated us very well. read more

My first experience with this location: I walked in, no one would help me, no one said "have a seat, we will be right with you" or anything!! I waited 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me, so I walked out. 2nd experience: Because they are the closest, I went there again because I was having issues with my phone. I was told they do not handle this, that I had to call customer service. I asked if they could tell me at least some information regarding warranty, possible problem shooting or if they sold replacement batteries. I was told no to all - that all they could help me with is purchase a new phone. I went to another location - where they took the time to listen to me, answer questions, AND helped me trouble shoot the phone and ultimately contacted support for me and get me my replacement phone under warranty. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The one on Navy Blvd in Pensacola was amazing, knowledgeable and very happy to help. read more
