Recently, I visited the T-Mobile store @ Westfield Plaza Bonita. My son had been wanting a phone for quite some time. I used the chat feature in the T-Mobile app to add a line. However, I was redirected to visit my local T-Mobile store for additional assistance (I needed help transferring data to my new phone). The agent who assisted me was incredibly professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. I added a 5th line to our family plan, in addition to purchasing the new 17 Pro Max iPhone. I was in and out of the store within 30 to 45 minutes. I've been with T-mobile for over 20 years and they never cease to amaze me when it comes to their customer service. I really hope the rumors are untrue about A.I taking over their customer care service. Truly, that would be a disservice to the many men and women who work hard everyday to help and offer customer support when needed. read more

Ok maybe third time is the charm with T Mobile. This was my third T Mobile store trying to buy an IPhone. I went during lunch and it was pretty busy, I was told there was a 30 min wait. Around 20 mins later I get a very nice employee helping me. To my luck they have the IPhone in stock and I'm out within 15 mins after that. They lie don't trust I want speak about my experience with T-Mobile around 5 to 6 months ago. I went to T-Mobile store on Plaza Bonita mall in San Diego and the guy Rico or Ricardo offer me a business account. So it's gonna be $10 per line for the 10 lines I got and $35 per Internet. I get to so total will be $170. He tell me maybe there is a Taxes $180 or $185 but actually I started even very high bill every month. Last bill was $341 I paid yesterday. I canceled all my my phones lines and I went to AT&T plus I call T-Mobile couple times through customer service always they promise the bill will be right and is not so please don't trust this company it's horrible. They lie to you not honest so I promised myself to give that review because they really make me mad. I paid so much for this company and if there is below one star, I will give them. read more

Don't waist your time here. Customer service is nonexistent. The assistant manager Paula threatened to call security on me after waiting to pick up my phone. My phone was taking a while to transfer the information over and they didn't want to wait. They wanted to keep my phone over night and I told them I wasn't leaving without my phone. The moment we walked in, the greeter, can remember his name, it started with an R. He was wearing a plaid shirt. It was pretty busy, I know customer service isn't easy. Regardless, customer service is your job and if you already a jerk greeting, that sets the tone for the service. He told us there was an hour wait, honestly probably Hopi bff we'd leave. We asked one quick question about any promotions happening and was rushing us. We left. Went to another T-mobile store on Dennery Road. Excellent service. Paula took care of me and my daughter here in San Diego she took care of my son in Montana because they forgot to add #DATA to his line and she took care of my sister in Illinois. Paula was very courteous, always smiling and it shows how much she loves her job. She's amazing because she even told us to call her directly if we had any issues & she took time on her day off to assist my sister at a T-Mobile in Illinois. Called this store to to check on some inventory on an iPhone but the person who picked up the phone RUDELY responded by saying we are closed. If they are closed why awnser the phone on the clock? Awful experience! I went in to have my glass screen replaced, but they did not have the replacement screen available. The sales associate did not even bother to let me know when the screen will be available. Now I have to try another location and go out of my way to get my phone screen replaced. read more

Back in Oct 2018 I purchased the $40 screen Protector with the lifetime warranty. I have replaced it once without a problem whatsoever. Today I went back to the same store where I purchased it and they said I could not get a new replacement on my cracked screen protector because they could not prove that I purchased it. I was completely shocked that they are basically calling me a liar. Chris was rude and not willing to help resolve my problem. I don't know how many people that keep receipts from purchases done over a year ago. I spent $40 on this screen protector only because I was promised it had lifetime warranty. I have been a customer for a long time I have no reason to lie. I currently have 8 lines. They not only lost a customer but I will be changing carriers as well. read more

I was having issues with changing my service plan so I went in to get some help with it. Nestor was the guy that was helping me out and he was awesome! The issues I had took a little while to resolve and it required him several phone calls to T-Mobile, changing my SIM card and all that jazz but through it all, Nestor was incredibly patient and chill and provided great customer service. I hear a lot of complaints about T-Mobile's service and whatnot but from my experience I've hardly ever had issues other than this one and customer service has always been great. Employees like Nestor are one of the reasons I'd stick around with the T-Mobile. read more

She helped us set up a new plan for multiple lines and even helped us with activation problems caused by previous companies to help us save the most money. On August 3rd i spent over $800 at the Tmobile store in Plaza Bonita. I went there today because I had some questions about some of the charges. The store wasn't busy. Jose (the person I spoke to) was leaning over a counter looking at a computer screen. As I got closer I realized this guy wasn't going to leave the counter or greet me or walk towards me with a "Hi, How can I help you?" I purposely stopped several feet away from him to see if he would walk towards me. He did remove his elbow from the counter and take a step or two towards me but that was it. I told him I had a question about the plan I wanted and didn't get. He cut me off and said "Customer care can answer all your questions and switch your plan" I asked him if customer care could answer ANY questions I had. He said yes. This guy had zero personality for someone working with the public. This guy was not going to do anything for me so I left. I'll be leaving more reviews where ever I can leave one. I worked in a retail setting for 30 years, that is not the way you treat a customer. read more

I had such a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Plaza Bonita today. Jess the store manager was so friendly and very professional. Robert Wading was so helpful to me also. Both Robert and Jess went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues. Robert took the time and patience to make sure I understood how to fix the issues I was having with my phone and even updating everything for me. He was also kind enough to tell me I could call him personally if I have any other concerns. I have been to many other T-Mobile stores but I have never been treated like a valued customer until this T-Mobile store. I will only go there from now on. read more

I came in to browse the Samsung's 7 and 7 edge. I just wanted to see for myself if I wanted to upgrade my 6edge +. The manager came by and said that I needed to put my name on the list if I wanted help. I told him, no thank you. I'm just looking and will be back another time if I do decide to switch. He gets mad, snarls at me like some type of feral animal then says "Well, if you need help, we won't be able to help you because you aren't on the list." I said okay, that's fine. I'm just looking at the phones. Then he added, "Okay, well we won't help you." What the heck. My first experience was awesome at this store and then it turned into a nasty one. For whatever reason, this manager was either having a bad day and taking it out on his customers or is just a douche-bag.
