This store is always extremely understaffed. Its always a 2 hour wait to get any help, no matter what the issue is...

We stopped in to purchase an iPhone 16 pro max. Travis wrote down everything we wanted, including color, and gave us the price with trade in. He said the batch of phones would be delivered the next day (and at what time) We said we'd return and he said he'd said he would set aside the exact phone we wanted. The next day almost immediately he began prevaricating, saying there was only one color, that "they didn't do transfer of date from my old to new phone" and to just go home and do it ourselves. We were a little put off but paid and left. When we got home we noticed the phone wasn't what we ordered so we returned. Travis didn't want to take the return, saying we'd opened the box! We said yes, we wanted our money back and wanted the pro max like we'd requested, not the one he sent us home with. He'd said he had a pro max in the back but refused to sell it to us saying "if I had one, I refuse to sell it to you because of your attitude." Although we were frustrated, we never raised our voices. I am baffled that he didn't give us the requested item given that he'd specifically taken the info, that he'd try to pawn off a lesser quality phone on us, and then refuse to sell to us. To add to the weirdness, when we had returned to the store, Travis was not in sight, but his co-worker was. We waited a couple of minutes without a "welcome to the store or can I help you." Finally I went to him and asked if he he could get Travis and he said "I'm on my break so I'm playing games on the demo phone." Whaaaa? I asked again if he'd mind getting Travis and so he did. This is odd customer service in any store. We've been to this store before and never had an issue. Ultimately went to Alderwood mall and got excellent service, a better plan which Travis didn't mention, the color phone I wanted, and YES they happily transferred my data. Bottom line, avoid this store at any cost. read more

I tried to buy a orepaid plan for my iphone here and they created an account for me that I couldn't access! I wasted my time and I left there more vulnerable to be a victim of identity theft. The salesperson, who was extremely disrespectful also put a managed wiifi network on my phone that I wasn't able to take off. I went back to the store to ask them to take it off and the salesperson was there, as was the owner. The owner would not take it off and would not show me how to take it off. They are corrupt there. I bought a screen protector for life replacement and staff assured that I can just walk in if I need replacement and no registration necessary coz it is already on our tmobile acct. 3 months after, they would deny the service coz policy is I should have tmobile insurance and buying a $45 screen protector is not only what I need. And they ask for a receipt when it is obviously on my acct. Certain David said those employees were fired and they cannot verify what I'm saying. They were fired he said coz they were not good employees and unfortunately they can't honor what I was sold. Hiring incompetent employees should not be on your customers. Maybe you should not be managers if you can't hire and train the right employees. Businesses just sell goods and can throw the "firing bad employees" card! Did you make your sales quota without proper disclosure to customers? Will definitely need to be reported to Better Business Bureau! read more

Karim was who I worked with and he was not helpful at all. He kept changing the quoted prices and what charges were for what products. As soon as we decided to cancel what we were doing he was very dismissive and did not want to assist us. I would suggest going to a different T-Mobile store. read more

I took my husbands phone into the store on Friday evening, a very nice gal, which was a manager was so very kind and helpful first she tried to find the issue with the phone and to no avail I ended up needing to buy a new phone, the phone I needed was not in stock, so she ordered it, the phone came to my house via UPS, I then took the phone back to T-Mobile to get it up and running, there was another sweet gal who helped me she did a great job. I have been a t mobile customer for over 10 years. I had a really bad experience with this branch store. The branch manager doesn't know how to take care of customers. I only tried to return my husband's phone which we purchased a week ago. But she told us that we can't return it due to some system policy. That's not my point.l just wanted to leave the phone there so my husband can come later and talk to the manager himself. She told me that I can't leave the phone with her. When I tried to leave, she call the police on me. What the heck! When the police came, they told me to go a different t mobile store in Alderwood mall. Terrible service. The manager obviously doesn't care if she loses customers. read more

I have been in this store multiple times. Initially I had to get a new phone. They helped me change information from one phone to another. In addition they helped me switch over my daughters phone information and I didn't even get a new phone for her! That was something they didn't even need to do. I came to the store on another occasion to help my parents. My Dad who has dementia opened an account at another store who sold him a new iPhone,etc. he can't even answer the phone ! This store helped me find a plan that would work for him as well as a phone he could answer. They have amazing customer service!! read more

I came to this location ready to buy a phone this morning. I didn't care for the robot nature be of the associate/(surprisingly) the store manager Lainey Taylor. She laughed regarding another store waiving the $10 fee for a SIM card which I did not need on top of it she was going to charge me an $20 upgrade charge which I did not see online. When I questioned the fee she rambled off some handbook response rather than actually explaining about such a fee. I asked for her higher-ups name and she refused to give it to me. And proceeded to laugh again. Iproceeded to call T-Mobile customer service to complain and confirm this $20 fee which I was informed that if ordering online you do not have to pay the $20 upgrade fee so just for everyone who's looking for a new phone do not go to this store or any other store, be it rather order online because $7 shipping is way cheaper than $20 fee and much cheaper then going to a store and having to deal with a laughing robotic customer service agent slash manager. read more

I'm am very pleased with the service I received at this location. All the staff were friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable and all worked together to resolved my issue. This store is convenient for me, but beyond that I much prefer coming here compared to another store. Glad I found this store & will continue to go here. read more
