I was just in trying to get the best deals and plans for our three phones. We are all seniors and I was trying to explain the usage and how I use my phone. From the start the manager came off arrogant and acted like he really didn't want to help. I was totally respectful and trying to explain with my friends there present. When I said I was self employed trying to explain my phone usage he mocked me by saying "look at me, I'm self employed." I then reacted and let him know I didn't like his demeanor and how he was speaking to me and I walked out not buying phones. I wouldn't go back to them and if this is the type of employees T-Mobile is selecting, I may have to look to another phone provider. read more

My wife and I dropped in here about a month ago to ask about cell service. We are clearly senior citizens and were asking about plans for seniors and veterans. We told the associate that we are looking for a plan lower than the $130/mo that Verizon was charging. We told him that we have friends who pay $75 per month and that we would like such a plan. While we were telling him about our requirements he kept checking his computer. He then told us that there was nothing he could do for use and just dismissed us. He said our friends must be on some "old plan" and it would not be available to us. No discussion, no options, nothing. Do not withhold information and lie to your clients. I now have charges on my bill that I cannot get rid of thanks to my visit to this store. Do not tell people they get something for free and then have them find out about charges on their bill after it is too late for the "free" item to be returned. My sales person was an out right liar!!! If you cannot make a sale by being truthful then you do not deserve to have a job selling anything! read more

Our family switched all 4 phones of various types and ages. The customer service and hands on work that Jorge and Mohammed had to do was great. They worked hard to get the task done. And gave us freebies of T mobile swag bag. We know we can go in anytime and they take good care of us. Absolutely disgusting customer service. The representatives and manager are completely incapable of understanding or explaining what's going on. We added a line and were told a million lies about how the first few bill cycles will be all credited, so nothing out of pocket. The person inputting the trade in details entered the wrong model and serial number which resulted in the trade in value to fall by $140, which we would have received as credit upfront. Instead of apologizing for his staff's mistake, the manager, Shak was unabashedly argumentative and rude. LIARS and THIEVES! These people belong in jail for FRAUD! Added a line to my account without authorization, added items to our bill and wouldn't take them off, and refused to back down when i called them on their illegal tactics. Have tried contacting management but have not heard back. Took 3 hours on the phone with corporate to get everything fixed on my own since they wouldn't help us. Stay far away from this store! Rest assured I have reported them to the BBB and to the FCC. read more
