I came into the store to see 2 female employees sitting on a bench chatting and another employee looking down at his phone. The male employee, later identified as Herman who told me he was the Assistant Manager, immediately greeted me upon entry, unfortunately, this was the bar for the level of customer service received this visit. I was in and out in 5mins and not due to impeccable service but because I was repeatedly told there was "Nothing we can do because we are only a retailer". My questions more or less were as follows: 1. My service has been repeatedly interrupted, is there any communication regarding this issue? 2. Are there any ways to check for local outages in the area? 3. Is there any way to troubleshoot this service issue? 4. Is there any workaround for this problem? Lastly I asked to speak with the Manager and was told "He's in the back but probably in a meeting" I was given his name only by request, it's Yoniel. He's the only recent 5-star review.. how laughable. Congratulations T-Mobile. You've lost a 20+yr customer and recent internet service customer as well. This store in particular offers nothing but merchandise sales/service.. the customer service for the actual T-Mobile network as a whole is completely nonexistent. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. I visited this "Authorized Retail Store" a few months ago to add a line and they yes they added the line as well as an insurance on my phone that I already own and is payed off. When I come back to the store to get my money back they say they can't help me. After being insistent the assistant manager spoke with the manager who reviewed the issue and he reported to me that I will see the money refunded to my account on my next bill. WELL GUESS WHAT IT WAS NEVER REFUNDED!!! Save yourself many issues and visit a company store. Never an Authorized Retailer!!! read more

I avoid leaving negative reviews whenever possible -- especially during the times that we are living -- but some experiences really require the feedback. I was at this location yesterday looking to upgrade my phone. Aside from all of the opinions voiced by other Yelpers as to this location's immediate need for customer service training, there are a few other things that really made my experience terrible: 1. I arrived and confirmed they had the iPhone 12 Pro 256 GB in stock. I was told they did. I waited in line over an hour. When I got to the counter, it turns out they did not -- I had to order it and it SHOULD arrive by Christmas. That's not what I asked when I walked in before waiting in line for an hour 2. When I arrived (and until I left) there was a line extending from the counter all the way to the door. Twice while I was in line (for just over one hour from when I arrived to when I was helped), customers would enter the store, skip the entire line and go to the counter to "ask a question" and both times they were helped out of turn. The 6+ parties in line each time were not there for our health, we also had questions that needed to be addressed -- with the exception that we had manners and were waiting our turn as we should have. 3. The store was blasting music. Super annoying given that we are living in a world where we have to wear masks that can make it hard to hear/understand what people are saying as is, but whatever. Not my problem. However, the part that really irritated me is that there were families there with children who were forced to listen to the sexually explicit and vulgar music that was being played, curse words and all. Unacceptable. I can't believe corporate allows this in their stores. 4. Three different customers were either wearing their masks at their chin (also known as not wearing a mask at all) or below their nose and no one told them anything at any point, even when they were directly interacting with a store employee. This store really needs to invest in training their employees or hiring new ones that actually have a sliver of actual customer service skills. T-mobile should also reconsider allowing this place to be a representation and extension of their brand. read more

STOP! Don't do business with T-Mobile through this type of store which are only T-Mobile "AUTHORIZED RETAILER" which this stores is. Instead do business directly with a T-Mobile "STORE" which are the corporate offices and deal with them directly! To find them search for all stores at this link https://www.t-mobile.com/store-locator and you will clearly see above each store listed, the capitalized designation of what each is and choose STORE only. Why? I just had a very bad experience with this one who said my services would cost $90 month and it turned out the bill actually come to $136 per month. Had to call the corporate headquarters in California to tell them my sad story. They were able to fix it to $92.50/month with some difficulty and only because I had a special offer from T-Mobile in letter form. If I hadn't had this letter I would have been screwed! The bottom line is that I still ended up paying another $120 dollars for the AUTHORIZED RETAILER's deception. By the way I was dealing with the store manager when opening my new account for 2 phones. I hope this will help others avoid the stress, hassle. I changed from Metro PCS service after 20 years because I received a letter from T-Mobile offering an attractive promotion, otherwise I would have continued with Metro. In any case go by the old maxim "Buyer Beware", evil and deceit lurks everywhere. read more

ZERO STARS!!!! Seriously, if zero was an option, this store would get a BIG ZERO!! Worst T-Mobile in Dade!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Walked into the store and wasn't even acknowledged... no Hi, someone with be with you shortly, absolutely NOTHING! Waited for 15-20 minutes for someone to come help us.... NOBODY came to talk to us. One employee was helping another customer and pushed us out of the way to show the guy the phones we were looking at, still not even acknowledging that we're there. Then a couple minutes later, another employee even walked right past my husband, looked him in the face and turned around and walked the other way, like the dude didn't even want to work, the guy wasn't even helping anyone, just wandering around playing with the phones on display. Really bad experience. 2 days to get 3 new lines and phones working. Impossible for a young lady checking Instagram and answering family calls to do a good job. 3 hours and came out with calls and no internet available on my phone, SIM card switched wrongly between my family cell phones, we had to set up the phone at home bc they were closing after 3 hours in there for nothing. I had to return next day to have internet and my SIM was not in the system. No printed receipt also, they told me it's not problem, but with this unprofessional job I can expect anything else. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would!! Hands down the WORST T-Mobile store out there. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me and not a single person cared to help me.Every single worker was "helping" others while they were on their phones using instagram or texting. It was ridiculous. T-Mobile needs to start hiring actual adults who do their job and care to help others. After waiting for so long and standing right in the front of the front desk, I asked a worker named Christian if he could simply tell me if they had the phone I wanted. He interrupted me and responded very rudely by saying, "umm they don't even make that any more" before I could finish my question. When I told him that the Apple store had it available he responded again by saying "umm no, they don't make it so no one has it. You can't get it." His tone of voice was condescending and he was of no help what so ever. He also had his music playing on a speaker in the store so loud you could barely hear people right in front of you. Someone even told him to bring the volume down and he simply shrugged his shoulders. T-Mobile, you need to get it together because this store is going to cause you to lose business. read more

Went to this store about a month ago and it was by far THE WORST experience I've ever had in a store!! The employees were not very knowledgeable and seemed uncertain of what decisions could be made without the manager being present. The store manager (male) was a misogynist, disrespectful and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I decided to go to the corporate store on 88th Street where I found the staff pleasant, helpful and well informed.
