While friends of mine have "free" email (gmail, etc) they're plagued with spam. USFAMILY beautifully filters enormous amounts of it. I can still view it if I choose, and when I do view it, I'm always blown away how much crap they've save me from. There are actually people on the other side that you can deal with right there and now. I was a usfamily.net customer for my email and internet for YEARS and then they joined up with Velocity. Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. I highly recommend them for service. They have always been sincere and helpful. Even with my Mom...if she ever had issues they were very patient with her. :) and solved her problems.

This store was very ORGANIZED and it felt like these people were working as a team. I'm always…read moreimpressed by that. We walked in, within 1 minute, we were told who we could check in with. We were called after about 5 minutes of waiting. At the time the store had about 6 people ahead of us. There were several employees taking care of people. Our CSR was a guy named Don. It was about 45 minutes before the store closed and we felt no rush. Don was thorough and did all that was possible to help. We had another issue with a second phone on the same account. He called my number to check and his number popped up on my phone. He was a very pleasant guy and had a sense of humor. We were able to resolve the issues the best way possible. Our experience was a good one too. We live in Chaska and went all the way to Maple Grove because although the store we wanted to go to was closed even though it said on the Internet it was open until 8. We lucked out by getting Don and a supremo experience at the T moble in Maple Grove.

Cbeyond is the worst phone company for small business EVER! They are great at making the sale but…read moreafter that its a total con job. I tried to get out of my contract because I needed a more robust system - they refused saying, "If we let all of our unhappy customers out of their contracts, we wouldn't have any business." Seriously! So then they talk me into a new system that's supposed to solve my issues - and it's supposed to cost me $100 less per month - but of course that isn't true either. It actually costs $100 more per month - AND I had to buy new phones and pay installation fees AND they even charged me an early termination fee for the old system!!! But they got a new 3 year contract out of me by doing that (which I asked them to waive - they said sure - but my agreement still says 3 years). I'm telling you - DO NOT do business with CBeyond. I won't even rate them 1 star. I feel that they have been completely dishonest in their dealing with me and unfortunately I'm stuck with them for three more long years. A bunch of con artists...
