I haven't been into a Best Buy in years but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat the store was. They had new displays for different cameras and things like that which looked really nice. Also, the man that helped us check out was so friendly and chatted with my husband and I about the game we were purchasing. This store was very ORGANIZED and it felt like these people were working as a team. I'm always…read moreimpressed by that. We walked in, within 1 minute, we were told who we could check in with. We were called after about 5 minutes of waiting. At the time the store had about 6 people ahead of us. There were several employees taking care of people. Our CSR was a guy named Don. It was about 45 minutes before the store closed and we felt no rush. Don was thorough and did all that was possible to help. We had another issue with a second phone on the same account. He called my number to check and his number popped up on my phone. He was a very pleasant guy and had a sense of humor. We were able to resolve the issues the best way possible. Our experience was a good one too. We live in Chaska and went all the way to Maple Grove because although the store we wanted to go to was closed even though it said on the Internet it was open until 8. We lucked out by getting Don and a supremo experience at the T moble in Maple Grove.
