If there was more than 5 stars to give, they'd have it from me. From ordering my phone and looking at options with the store manager to complex transfer of information, Brandon is your guy. Almost a frightening level of lightning speed ability to multi task, give exceptional customer service, help w privacy issues all while helping other customers. He is a complete asset to ts company and part of why I decided to stay with them was based on this experience when I am burned out by being transferred in many companies to chat bots or whatever. read more

I would rate them the lowest I can. I won't rate them as a zero because I went there to get a phone and I did. They over promise and under deliver. Customer service is severely lacking. Things promised were not delivered on. I would not recommend them. Go to another Verizon store. read more

I had the exact same experience as Courtney and Emily on here. I was lied to in the store, then when called on it they said there is nothing that they can do and placed the blame on Corporate (which may be true, but after 5 hrs on hold and with incompetent reps I can't get a straight answer). Here's the kicker, and evidence of the level of incompetence demonstrated at this store: I asked them to call Verizon and the manager told me she couldn't because her number would pop up and they'd have her account info, not mine. I had to "remind" her to use the store phone. When she did, she took my number and then tried to tell me it wasn't a Verizon number. Then she told me the Verizon phone customer service was "closed for some reason." I want to blame incompetence but it sure seems like a lie. Bottom line, I would not go to this store for any reason. read more

I went to this store three times and every time they tried to charge me top $$. I end up going to other Verizon store and Costco. I saved $400 for 2 high-end phones just because it felt like I am getting a raw deal here. Beware... Check pricing online and Costco prices. read more

I have been going to this store for the past several years. They seem to change management every 3 months or so. In 2014, I purchased 2 phones/service. How hard can it be, right? Holy crap! They botched/switched the phone numbers (they were not identical phones)...so this took a few weeks to fix. I also prepaid insurance on the phones ($200 a piece). However, because they switched out the phone numbers in the beginning...it left the insurance polices null and void. Of course, I didn't find this out until I went there this past this weekend with my insurance policy. The manager behind the counter didn't do jack-squat except try and up-sell me on a phone. Of course, I was angry, and even tried to argue with the manager. To no avail. Well, here's the bottom line: Verizon screwed me out of $400 worth of insurance policies. There customer service is terrible. These people are not trained to take care of customers, they are trained to sell you the newest gadget and that's it. If they ever read this post, Verizon needs to train their people. Verizon, I'm out. This next weekend, we are switching. Good riddance. read more

Went to this store to upgrade 2 phones. almost 3 months later I am still dealing with my account being billed for the old phones I exchanged that the store did not return to Verizon properly. I call the store, they say they are looking into it and will call me back - they don't and I have to call them. I have made countless calls to this store and the so called mgmt as well as Verizon Corp to get this resolved. It has been a nightmare. I would stay clear of this store and go straight to a Corp store. You may have to wait a bit for service at a Corp store as they are always busy but it is worth it in the long run.
