I highly recommend the Port Charlotte store. MINNIE was amazing, she corrected all the issues that the North Port store made. Also, Heather, manager of Port Charlotte was also very helpful and both were very happy to help me. read more

I had both a horrible and a good experience, I went to the store on state street and 33rd00 south, and I told the guy what I wanted, and he basically told me we don't have it. And if you could try and get it from corporate, but it's out of stock. That's all? He said so basically kicked me out of a store, didn't give me anything he did. However, tell me an estimate of what the pricing would be. If I did order it, but I'd have to do it all myself. So my son was with me and he told me to go to another store. Cause he didn't feel like that guy knew what he was talking about, or even cared. My son was adamant about it.He said, I don't like how that guy acted. We should try another person, I was like, why we're not gonna get it. If it's out of stock, it's out of stock. So we go to the store on 21st, south and right off 10th east, and Edgar, there helped me order the phone. He got me the one I wanted. He got me the gigabytes. I wanted, he got me a great deal. I really appreciate him. He has great customer service and i'm very thankful that I did go to that store. That store is very pleasant. The people that are great. They truly do want to help the customers and I feel lucky that I got the person I did, because I got to walk out of there with the phone.I wanted and the other guy probably shouldn't be employed with t mobile read more

Jihoon, Denis and the crew at the Lake Stevens T-Mobile are wonderful!! I dropped my phone in Puget Sound yesterday afternoon and got a brand new phone today! I unfortunately did not have a protection plan, but they worked with some promotional and loyalty deals they have going right now, and hooked me up with a Samsung S26 Ultra for next to nothing!! My husband even upgraded his iPad while at the store. Great prices, stellar customer service. What more can you ask for?? Check them out!! read more

T-Mobile is cancelling my Military ONE plan and moving me to another plan that will increase my bill by $6 per line. I currently have five lines, pay about $240 per month, and still owe over $2,100 on devices. This feels like a bait-and-switch for loyal customers, especially military families who signed up believing their plan would remain stable. Customers with financed devices are essentially stuck because leaving means dealing with the remaining device balance, while staying means accepting a higher monthly bill. I have been loyal to T-Mobile since 2012, but this experience has completely changed how I view the company. Very disappointing and not what I expected from a company that promotes itself as customer-friendly. One star. read more

Two towers near me and I wish I'd NEVER signed up for it. It drops all the time and have to wait until it reconnects. It's fine streaming on my tv, but computer and phone struggle to stay connected. During peak times, it's constantly dropping. You would think with how far the technology has come some company could provide services that work well but not this one. It's true they have great prices and no contracts but if you bundle that phone is NOT FREE. If you leave the service you will have to pay the phone off plus you are still paying a monthly fee for that "free" phone. read more

"Beware of T-Mobile's phone payoff and porting promotions. Five months ago, I switched to T-Mobile under an explicit agreement that they would pay off my existing device balances with AT&T and port my numbers. I provided all balance info, but T-Mobile failed to coordinate the release with AT&T. As a result, my numbers were never ported and my phones were never unlocked. For 5 months, I've been paying AT&T to keep my active service while T-Mobile has continuously billed me $281.84/month for completely non-functional lines--totalling $1,409.20 in unearned charges. After endless dropped calls, hours on hold, and broken promises of call-backs, their only solution was for me to pay off the phones out-of-pocket for a 'possible' reimbursement or cancel and owe $1,000+ in device fees. A formal demand letter and FCC/FTC complaints have been filed." read more

It's like paying off a car and they don't give the title after It's my phone and it's not team mobiles property cuz This is a crime to keep my phone locked without letting me use my phone to a better carrier that costs - 25 dollars a month and they are so crooked and cruel and terrible customer service and heartless I need a phone because my child is in life threatening issue heart issues and lung issues and been in emergency room hospital every four days and I need my phone for medicines and doctors and These thieves will not unlock my phone Literelly they suck - I paid the phone and it's mine not theirs and they won't unlock me- They are 4 times more in price the. If I could give this company a big fat 0 I would. Not that they pay attention to these reviews but hopefully as a consumer people will stay away from them because of it. I went to upgrade my phone with them and my old phone had a crack in the glass. I looked up THEIR guidelines which stated that a crack in the glass does not qualify it from a promotional upgrade. I went to the T-mobile store close to me (big mistake, do not go to the stores, they don't know what they are doing) and the representative there told me also that the crack in the glass was not big deal as long as the rest of the phone was working properly which it was. Low and behold I am not being charged $17 a month for a phone I was supposed to get for free. I spent 3 hours dealing with customer service representatives. The First I contacted 2 weeks ago, she could barely speak English go figure, and I was told I would get a call on the 24th of September. Nothing, crickets. I called billing today and the woman just blew me off and passed me off to the store I originally went to since she didn't want to deal with it. I contacted Customer Care (it should be called Customer Care Less) and was talking to a helpful gentleman for a while and though we were getting somewhere and I got kicked out of the chat. I then had to contact someone else in the chat just to get someone else and start all over. Good thing I screenshoted the conversation I had with the other rep which made it a little faster. Then I was finally told that my old phone was received damaged and didn't pass inspection which is why the promotion code was removed. So here I am believing their own guidelines and the representative that having a crack in the glass was no big deal just to be lied to. Anything to screw over the customers. I have been a customer with T-Mobile for about 30 years and this is how customers are treated. Don't believe the hype you see on their ads. They suck and there is no loyalty to anyone. I will definitely be looking for another provider. Good job T-Mobile, not that you care but you just lost another one. read more

I wish I could give T-Mobile zero stars. T-Mobile has become a company that seems more focused on increasing profits than keeping its promises to loyal customers. After many years on the same plan, they changed it without my consent and increased my monthly bill by $10. My experience with customer service has been just as disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, I felt like my concerns were ignored. As a long-time customer, I expected much better treatment. If I had a better alternative, I would switch today. I'm currently looking for another provider, and if Starlink ever becomes more affordable, I think many frustrated T-Mobile customers would seriously consider leaving as well. Very disappointing experience. read more

I accepted a trade in offer, online, for a new phone. I was offered $1,000 for my Samsung S 20+. I checked boxes, ensuring the phone turned on and had no cracks on the screen. i then sent it in the box they provided. A few weeks later, they sent me a rejection notice, stating that the phone had a cracked screen and they would only give me $22! I rejected the offer by pushing a button on their website. I was told on the thank you page that I would receive the phone back by rerurn mail. I know I can sell it for at least $120 on Ebay. 40 days later, they have not returned the phone. After waiting for 30 minutes on hold on the phone, I was told that they will NOT return the phone and only credit my account with the $22. I am pretty much stuck with T Mobile, because we have 4 lines and a bunch of phones on contracts. But I would NEVER recommend this outfit to anyone! read more

Unhappy customer I had a bad experience yesterday I placed a order for a new phone. I was very happy. Then I got a confirmation from T mobile about the order which I found out was going to the wrong address. Then I call t mobile customer service for them to correct the address which I changed about 2 months ago when I purchased the internet package. So the representative I spoke to put me on hold to talk to her manager Jose she then comes back to the phone and said her manager would not go in and change the address. I cannot recommend T-Mobile. I recently moved and service in that area wasn't provided by T-Mobile. I tried to cancel early June,. When I didn't hear anything, I called again toward the end of June. They said that I had not processed the cancellation. I asked them to cancel it then. I got a statement saying that I owed until the end of July. I called T-Mobile and they said that was their policy to cancel at the end of your billing cycle. Who does that? Very dishonest in my opinion. customer service is deplorable. They constantly tell you to hold to look up this and that. They're just trying to wear you down. in the end, you get nothing accomplished. read more

Horrible customer service, bait and switch tactics, also rude customer service manager. Signed up for back up service was over charged almost every month. I do recommend T-Mobile. Just not this store. I happen to go to Best Buy so that is the reason to stop at this location. Two agents . One just finished off. We did get a "welcome" when we walked in . Since the available agent did not call us, I figured he was still dealing with him. Maybe he went and got the rest of the money from his car. We waited , and waited . This would have been a good time for Jose to look up from his phone and say " I'll be right with you. I'm waiting for him to come back." Or, "I'm going to go on break soon " we all have our down days . He finally said "can I help you" No smile, no thank you for waiting. Just one unhappy worker. I gave him my phone . He looked at it. " Yeah, it's cracked, screen is broken" then hands it back to me. No sympathy. Just stone frown face. I had to smile . So I asked the "sales person " ok, so what can we do? I shouldn't be asking. It's his job to tell me. He mumbled a few things. I figured I might just buy a new phone. But not from this guy. Just in case he gets commission, he is not getting a dime from me. I have been with t mobile since they took over from Cingular. It has been a reliable service for many , many years. Starting last year with my Samsung Galaxy phone I started experiencing many, many failed to connect calls, also when being called from outside the phone would not bring on my end , but go straight to voicemail , requiring the call to repeat , calling three or four times before the phone actually went through the ring to me. I have.\n Tried working with the T-Mobile customer service and support team about 20 times now trying to fix this issue. Nothing they do can fix it. I'm not sure whether it's my Samsung Galaxy 17 phone or what it is, but, I'm unable to have A Reliable phone to make or receive calls without issues. At this point, I'm finding it very difficult to tell anyone positive things about my experience with my T-Mobile phone. Many times when I'm calling out, I receive a message that says no network connected emergency calls only. I have done everything that they required me to do in an attempt to fix this problem to no avail. At this point, I'm almost ready to give up T-Mobile and change to another carrier.I think having this problem for well over a year is way too long. Ladysmith01.rs@gmail.com read more

I am compelled to assign a one-star rating, which I believe is overly generous for T-Mobile. While their cell service is undeniably exceptional, their customer service is unequivocally abysmal. The worst service I've ever experienced--an absolute nightmare. I contacted T-Mobile customer service because my home internet was constantly having issues. After asking me a long series of questions, the representative told me I needed to replace my internet router. I went to the store to pick up the new router, and I asked the employee if the same problem would happen again. They told me it probably would because I had a mid-tier plan, and that I would need to upgrade to the highest plan to avoid connection issues. So basically, I was expected to pay more for a service they couldn't even provide properly. The customer service was terrible. I switched to Verizon, and then T-Mobile tried to charge me for the entire month even though only one day had passed since the start of my new billing cycle. After speaking with a manager, they said the best they could do was charge me for half the month. On top of providing terrible service, they expected me to pay for a service that barely worked and that I wasn't even using anymore. Verizon has given me excellent service. My internet is never slow, and the connection has been reliable from day one. I will never go back to T-Mobile. If you're reading this, don't sign up with them--they're the worst. read more

I'm trying to close my T-Mobile account we had 3 lines from promotion but only used 2. We ported out our 2 active numbers and lost access to the accounts. We called to cancel the 3rd line but needed to give a 6 digit pin which I've never used so had no idea what it was. Only option is going to a store so we did that they reset our 6 digit pin and gave us a number to call to finish the cancelation. We call it and now they say they need to send a text to verify that number that we have never set up and used before in our life. We don't have that option so they say I need to drive 20 minutes back to a store to do this. I told them I'm not doing that I can verify my identity on the bank account attached for payment they also saw thec2 numbers ported out from the account. Told me they can't or won't do that. I said this is my notice I will be blocking all future transactions from T-Mobile. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by T-Mobile's handling of my account. After switching carriers, I lost access to my T-Mobile account and could no longer view or download my bills. Since April 2026, I have repeatedly requested my final itemized bill, but T-Mobile has failed to provide it. I am also being charged for a device I never received. I reported the missing device the same day I learned of the problem and immediately notified T-Mobile and Assurant. Nevertheless, the charge was never properly investigated or removed. I have called customer service numerous times and spent hours explaining the same situation to different representatives. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I have been repeatedly transferred, disconnected, and hung up on multiple times. No one appeared willing to take responsibility for investigating or resolving the problem. Representatives repeatedly told me to call the collection agency, but that does not address T-Mobile's failure to provide my final bill or investigate a charge for an undelivered device. T-Mobile and Assurant had multiple opportunities to resolve this matter before it reached collections. Despite my immediate report and repeated follow-up calls, the disputed balance was sent to collections and negatively reported, damaging my credit. I should not suffer financial or credit consequences for a device that was never delivered to me. I request that T-Mobile immediately provide my complete itemized final bill; provide the device's serial or IMEI number, shipping records, and proof of delivery; remove every charge associated with the undelivered device; recall the account from collections; direct the collector and all credit reporting agencies to delete or correct the negative information; and confirm in writing that I do not owe this disputed charge. I expect T-Mobile to conduct a proper investigation, correct my account, repair the credit damage caused by this matter, and provide a meaningful written response. read more

15 year customer of T-Mobile with 4 lines. They broke their own Price Lock Guarantee twice! The first was a few years ago at $6 per line now again in 2026 with a massive forced migration of approximately 8 million legacy plan customers to more expensive modern plans. The transition results in monthly price increases of up to $6 per phone line. A sympathetic customer service rep tried but failed to find a way to honor their un-contract promise which states "Qualifying mobile wireless accounts activated before April 28, 2022, received our Un-contract Promise.
