I will never come here again, waited over 2 hours, the manager offered me a free screen protector for the wait then proceeded to change my plan and charge me for it and an adapter that I never got. I called into 8009378997 to request some help with my husbands phone service. Well of course they could not help me due to I was not an authorized user on the account. I explained what was going on with my husband . This guy Casey, was so patient and helpful, even though he couldn't legally help with with in the account. He was so very helpful with what he knew I could do. Casey was THE best person to help me. He took his time, did not make me feel like he was trying to get me off the phone at all. You can't believe how much I appreciate Casey's patients, kindness, compassion and willingness to help me. I will really consider going over to T Mobile now. I came in ,the wait time was horrible but continued to wait since I needed some accesories for my phone, the manager Is the person who helped me he told me if I had a child to get the free child watch, I asked what was the catch he said nothing only a 5 dollar a month fee for service ,the watch never had service! I went again to see what was the problem and he said he couldn't do anything as I didn't get warranty I said it was the service not the watch and he repeated himself, fast forward 6 months in I'm still paying those additional 5 dollars ,I've called customer service and it's cheaper to pay the 5 than pay the whole watch itself in order to cancel the line(although its the service not the watch). Very upset I feel i was tricked into getting this..I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come to this tmobile read more

I live down the street from this T-Mobile store and I've had the good fortune of receiving help regarding my phone from Jiovanni on two occasions. He is very knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service. The first encounter was less than an hour before closing and he was still gracious and helpful making sure my problem was resolved. I have been coming to this location for the past four years, till last month I experienced many mistakes, missed information, not accurate information about the item I'm purchasing. The retailer said to me that if I'm not happy to come back for refund . Which I did , but when I got back in the store they said that they don't do refund . Now , i'm interesting in a speaker. buy one get one free, the Speaker value on the counter it says $99.99. So, common sense tells me that , that's the actual price to pay, when I'm ready to do they , the say that the price is $199.99. So I asked , am i paying for both , the said no, that im paying actual price of the speaker . But on the counter , the speaker says $99.99 The excuse was that they didn't have the actual singing on it . ( what a boomer ) Now. I came into this store 2/27/2019 with my mom and uncle as I had managed to convince them to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile, but they had questions that needed clarifying so we came in to get those questions answered. Instead, Alma selfishly managed to convince us to open the lines(5 of them) and handed us 5 sim cards even though we were not ready to trade in just because she wanted the commission. As a result, this past week has been a huge headache to open those lines since i'm unable to go to ANY store to continue the process since no one is able to track the mess she created. I can only hope that we will still be able to get the carrier freedom for the 3 phones we traded-in. She also told me I would be able to switch phones with my mom since she wanted the galaxy s9 plus (my current phone) and she would pre-order the galaxy s10 for me, which I was then told by a manager at a different location that I wouldn't be able to do since in order for her to qualify for carrier freedom she needs to finance a new phone with T-mobile. Alma is completely unprofessional and has no idea what she is doing. Also, my aunt and her daughter went in yesterday to activate their lines at 2pm, and an employee named Tony couldn't do something so simple as activate their lines and port-in their Sprint phone numbers, they were told it would work 2 hours later, but I had to call at 7pm because the lines were still not active at that point, they had to go to another T-Mobile location at 8pm (6HRS LATER) to get that issue fixed. Lastly, the manager named Jacquelyn accused me of fraud when I told her that we had one of the screens repaired by Sprint, she told me the Sprint store I went to was not covered by the insurance provided by Sprint, and if I trade-in the phone with the screen they repaired that I would be committing fraud, which is not true and makes no sense at all. Very rude, nasty customer service and they have an arbitrary policy that even the T-Mobile tech expert I spoke to on the phone said was something that she had never heard of. We filed a complaint against this store with the company. We had to order a replacement phone for a phone that stopped charging, to be sent to this store. Upon bringing in the old dysfunctional phone, the extremely rude and dismissive rep claimed that we had to delete all data on the phone before turning it in. We had been on a call with a tech expert the day before who did not give us such instructions. So, we logged onto icloud to initiate the erasure of the data which couldn't be completed because the phone was dead. It had to be on and connected to WiFi in order to complete the erasure. At this point, it was so stupid it was almost comical. We put a call into T-Mobile who called the store. The rep blatantly lied to the tech expert and said that the phone could take a charge. I had a horrible experience at this location. George, the sales rep assisting me that day, did an awful job in ensuring that I was properly taken care of. I came in for an iPhone upgrade and accessories. When I arrived to the store I told him I wanted a particular iPhone and an audio accessory. He went to the back to go grab the phone and accessory. While he did that, I took it upon myself to look for a case and screen protector. I was only able to find the screen protector but not that case. I was wandering around the store and George came back with the iPhone and Audio accessory. He went over to the cashier section and I approached to continue the transaction. He asked for my number and ID. He began to ring out the phone and audio accessory and I handed over the screen protector to him. He then rang that out as well. Needless to say, George didn't speak to me at all during the entire transaction but instead started conversing with his female colleague as he was ringing out my items. I didn't feel welcomed at all and I wasn't about to ask for the case to give him yet another accessory sale when he didn't deserve it. He finished processing the transaction and told me my total and I paid. He put everything in the bag and just handed the bag over to me. No thank you, NOTHING. I then had to ask him if, "[He] could put the screen protector on for me." He then reached over to give him the bag and took out the screen protector and began to put it on. I felt almost as if he did not want to help me at all. The other female rep that was there, believed she had dyed blonde hair, was patient and kept asking her customers if they found everything okay and were having a full on conversation and looked genuine. My interaction with George was the silent treatment. He didn't even offered to transfer my information, I went home and did that myself, which was probably the best course of action given George's attitude during the entire transaction. After I left, I was looking around for a nearby T-Mobile store to go return the almost $300 accessory sale and then re-purchase the items to give someone else the credit but I didn't have enough time. Furthermore, yesterday, nearly 2 weeks after the transaction, I come to find out that George added insurance to my device. Beware and check if this particular store has the tendency to add insurance without informing their customers. George, added insurance to the iPhone upgrade when I did NOT request it. He didn't even mention it during the interaction as we didn't even speak about anything else that T-Mobile offered. This was the last straw and so I decided to make this review. If you guys end up coming to this store, DON'T DEAL with George. read more
