Went to this store on January 27, 2014 at approximately 7:45 pm to check for prices to suspend my lines for a month due to us leaving the country. An african american employee came up to us and said we'll have to pay $150 for our lines to be suspended, she however said that she looked at our account and said that we qualify for unlimited mins and data and hotspot without paying for anything. Before we can say anything she already switched us. A few days later we found out our bill went up $50. Luckily I caught this and was able to go back to our old plan. Closest T-mobile store to my house. They recently remodeled to make it looks more business-like. The office cubicles on the side for more private dealings. Very convenient since you can pay your bills here and save a stamp. The employees here are also very nice. Also cool since they have quite a few phones of display to mess around with. read more

I went to this location to take off the phone insurance that is being charged to four of my phones every month. The Assurion Insurance is a complete waste of money and time. The last time I lost my phone I had to jump through hoops and in the end they said they don't even cover my phone. Why am I paying insurance for? So I go to this location and the girl was kind enough to take care of it for me. She then proceeded t ask I was interested in saving more money nbecause TMobile came out with a bunch of new Family plans. After all was said and done, I am saving $60.00 a month just on my bill. Offered a "free" tablet. Was charged $10 a month for service and $7 month for device. This was fraud!!! Billing worked out a deal with me but could not stand by free as was presented. Should have known nothing is free and t-Mobile employees can be con artists. Guess what? I no longer recommend T-Mobile. I'm going to begin search for new company. read more

Update: This location said I'd need to wait 90 days, but another one stated accurately that online it says 40 days for monthly plans, but Tmobile can unlock phones that are fully paid for. A day later and I called Tmobile twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon. The first time, a rep said she asked her supervisor when the "system" said it requires an account in good standing and 2 consecutive payments on the account, and she said I'd need to wait til I pay for the 2nd month, and the 2nd rep also saw that same error but was able to unlock it remotely, then 2 min later I used the Tmobile unlock app and hit the permanently unlock button and it worked! This location needs to learn their own unlock policy... read more

I've been into this T-Mobile location maybe 3 times and all three being situations in which I needed help because I was having complications with my phone and or battery. Yadira has been more than helpful really going out of her way to give great customer service and I really appreciate it! I recently went and bought a brand new phone the process was smooth. I did hve something go wrong with the SIM card and I wasn't able to use my phone because the SIM card I had received was defected. I walked in the next day for help they took care of me right away. Young lady who I apologize I don't have her name when I called to make sure I could go in and get help took her time on the phone and offered to give me assistance on the phone so that I wouldn't have to come in. And I appreciated that . I did go on however and a gentleman I really really wish I would have remembered his name or wrote it down (but maybe Yadira can recall them) was very nice so efficient and quick I was in and out of the store faster than I had anticipated . Awful, I will never go back. I exchanged phones but the service rep said I had to come back with another battery so that they could transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone, including my wedding pictures. I was assured that when I returned on Friday, the phone would still be there and the transfer could be done. NOT!! I showed up today, came back to the same service rep and their response "sorry, your phone was shipped back". Very very very disappointed with their customer service. A T-Mobile rep logs you in and then all the other reps just take who ever the F$&@ they want. We sat patiently waiting for about 30 minutes and watched the reps in the counter take three people that came in after us. I walked up to the rep that had logged and questioned why we weren't being help and the reps weren't using the log. She had the nerve to say, "this man just has a quick question." Well, his quick question, has last being help for the past 15 minutes. We sit back down and then another rep calls to help another person. My husband and I flipped out and said, "we were next." A rep then sends us to one rep and that rep just ponds us off to another rep." End result they didn't even help or addressed our iPhone issue mind you that we purchased there. So pisssed! No attention to detail: I wanted an iphone 6 16GB, that took about 1 hour to process (understandable). Problem was that the phone on my confirmation say I got an iphon 6+ 16 GB. It took another hour for them to change it.. Blah blah blah. after wasting another 1.5 hour - 2 hours i realized I should have taken the iphone 6+ because the time I wasted there was worth more than the difference in phone price. read more

This is the second time that I conduct business at this store and they are horrible! In general, I think T-Mobile has really bad customer service reps. This company has swindled me a few times; I stay with them because I have a family plan and switching everyone over to a new carrier would be a lot of hassle. Knowing how bad this company is, I try not to deal with them too much. I pay my bill, receive their service, and we trot along. I went in to this store because my phone died. I have insurance on the phone so I went in to talk to someone about my options. The lady who saw me asked me for my phone number, took two seconds to look at my account and said I could do a warranty exchange on my phone. She (presumably) placed an order for my new phone and that the new phone would be arriving at my home in two days (apparently it's next day delivery, but the order was placed after 5pm) and that I would receive an email confirmation of the order. The day the phone was supposed to be delivered, I rushed home and saw that the phone was not there. Worried it was delivered to the wrong address, I went online to make sure my address was correct. After verifying that everything on my account was up to date, I went back to the store to see what happened. The guy who helped me said that the girl I had seen placed the order, but she forgot to tell me that because the phone is an older model, the order is in backlog and they would ship me a new phone as soon as they could. Nothing they could do. Oh and when I asked for an email confirmation, he said there is no email confirmation. I really wish the lady who saw me first would have taken her time to research the issue rather than tell me that I would have my phone within two days. Now I'm waiting, hoping that either of these two reps did their job correctly and I will have a phone in the near future. :/ UPDATE: On 2/14/15 I received an email confirmation that my order for my new phone had been placed... ON 2/13/15. So they do send out emails and the woman who helped me on 2/11/15 did not place the order. I'm assuming that the rep who helped me on Friday, Alvaro, LIED to me, told me that my order had already been placed on 2/11/15 so I wouldn't get upset. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Alvaro told me I would have my phone on Monday, 2/16/15. I hate knowing that I cannot trust what he told me. This company really needs to invest in better representatives and TRAIN THEM WELL. As I said before, this isn't the only time I've had bad dealings with this company. Thankfully I kept some notes about those previous incidents. I've had it with this company. I pay my bill on time, have insurance on my devices... They take and take my money, but have a hard time just being HONEST with me. That is not okay. I've written complaints to BBB, their headquarters and posted reviews on their FB page. I may want to go speak to a supervisor/manager about this. However, I would not put it past their employees to have me talk to someone who is not in management. Does any one know the structure at this location? Is it run by a store manager? By a supervisor? What is their name. I would really appreciate the information. These issues need to be brought to their attention so they can work on fixing them. read more

T-mobile customer service have always been okay. As of today, February 20, 2015. I experience the worst customer service. My phone turned off. I thought my phone died, so I charged it. After, 30 minutes the screen is still black and the charging icon never popped-up. I tried turning on the phone by holding down the power button, nothing happened. I even turned my iPad on an off to make sure I didn't hold the power button to long on my phone. After 5 hours the screen is still black, so I decided to take it to Tmobile. The girl that helped me have very short hair and light skin I think she is Caucasian. I hand her my phone told her my situation, she try to turn on my phone and it turns on. She hand me the phone and in the rudest tone said, "here I fixed it." First, the only thing she did was turn on my phone. I was shocked my phone turned on and happy, but that didn't last very long. Then I ask this has happened before she said go to a apple store they can help me or call customer service. I have been with Tmobile for years, so I know what they could have done. This employee pretty much just told me go somewhere else. If she is not selling phones she does not want to be bother with, horrible. read more
