I grabbed a few items for my son, it's so hard to determine on the floor which items are for boys and which items are for girls. I got my son some air max nikes for 70 bucks. I think they have decent prices, I was bummed to be told that you can not at least exchange items. The staff were mostly kids (at the register) and they weren't friendly at all. I had to walk back myself to get a size up from the shoes I got my son, it was taking forever for them to get someone to do it. You might find some decent deals, but don't expect great service.

I know that's really old. They tried to revive it, but it just wasn't working out. I tried a phone that I bought on eBay and it was locked, it only went to T-Mobile so they couldn't unlock it. I went to Best Buy bought an open box cell phone for only $200, iPhone 14. I went back to the store to see if this one works, but this time no appointment. They still considered me in the previous appointment and took care of me! I know this store use to be terrible, but it's under new management and their employees are really nice! I strongly encourage to make an appointment, if not then just be smart and don't come around lunch hour.

The store itself and the employees at THIS STORE are very helpful…read more But ATT CUSTOMER SERVICE is one of the worst company to ever deal with!!! When you call 611 and need to talk to someone (anyone) they give you the run around switch you to wrong departments, put you back to the automated service or just hang up on you , when they say they are putting it in the notes of your account they don't and when you get to a manager they don't see any notes in the system that you were told was there. They are PREJUDICE against any one who is not Spanish and I can prove it !!! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in person or on the phone I am a veteran and a senior citizen and they just don't care about helping you after the sale I.E example I bought a new phone and was making payments on it and some how they put the payments on my tablet (cost of tablet) $200 (around) but they say it cost $900 dollars they see it and agree that it's wrong but also say they can not and won't switch it back to the phone and I wanted to cancel my tablet but to do this I have to pay them $900 before they will let me cancel the tablet just because of them messing up the payments on their end (611) My advice for any one is to just STAY AWAY FROM ATT AND ANY COMPANY THAT DOES BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! I can not be on the phone with them for over 3 hrs anytime you call They do not want to do their jobs or credit you anything but they want you to pay them on time but not cancel a phone line when you want instead they say you are paid up till the end of the billing cycle and then they will cancel it. But they will not issue a credit , so they make you stay with them for an extra month or 4 months like me and charge you for it even though you try and cancel them One customer service personnel will tell you one thing and when you call again they tell you something else !!!! They are not trained or they do not want to do their jobs you choose which it was. My last conversation with them I ask if there were discounts for veterans was told NO they switch to to another department and then I'm told yes there is !!! So which is it ? The whole company is so messed up you CAN NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY OR DO!!!!! My name is Joseph A Siciliano I live in North Carolina and I travel (truck driver) and when I call they always tell me to go to the corporate store we're I live, so I have to come off the road and lose money when I don't have to this has been going on for over a year. Even the manager at the corporate store says that 611 doesn't know what they are doing!!! That comes from one of THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES!!!!

Spent damn near 2 hours in store being "helped" by a pair of workers who were totally inept. These "workers" acted as though they've never had to file an insurance claim to have an iPhone replaced that's still under warranty! I mean there's absolutely no way a customer should be sitting there for almost 2 hours and STILL didn't get a replacement filed correctly. So I have to make another trip to the store when it opens in order to complete what should have been completed last night when I spent almost 2 hours sitting there being "taken care of" of by two of THE MOST UN-helpful people I've ever encountered. Store manager I was told is Drew. Drew - you have a problem my friend if customers have to sit for 2 hours to get a replacement submitted correctly. To think that two heads are better than one was SO NOT the case last night! I would have given a FAT ZERO for customer service but the review must at least register a one. Trust me Drew, you guys are definitely a zero chief!

Very Special thanks to Amber who worked tirelessly with Shelby to fix my issue and because my new bed was a different finish than my old bed, Amber and Nadia (the general manager) went above and beyond and made sure that I got new nightstands to match the new bed! You guys are the best! And I absolutely have to say that delivery guys are amazing! In both deliveries, they took such time and care making sure that everything was perfect, that no walls got nicked or dinged, and insured the bed and nightstands were set up and centered on the light in the room! They double checked to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it before they left! Highly recommend!!!

They wanted to charge me $25 per Sim card on top of the 25 dollar activation fee, where as GameStop (not a store associated with my cell service) only charges 10 per card. It would've cost me $200 to activate 2 lines on phones that I'm bringing. The salespersons reasoning was that each cricket store is privately owned and the can charge whatever they want!!!!!!
