Bilal G. (at the Lititz PA store)was awesome. Although transferring a number from Verizon to T-Mobile was a huge task; he spent over an hour working through a TMobile process that was extremely complicated. He was patient and very knowledgeable. And successfully transferred my number. T-Mobile should take note that the folks at the retail stores are your face to the customer, make the processes easier for these employees, not harder. I was having problems with my phone charging. I called them Thursday night & the woman who answered was very polite. I realized while I was talking with her that it was about 3 minutes to close. I was grateful that someone answered. She also did not rush. I visited the store Friday after work. The young man who helped me cleaned the charging port on my phone & showed me the Mag Safe charger. They did not try to sell me a new phone. Great customer service! read more

I will say this I had issues in the past with us location and the management and staff. I am pleased to say that and my last experience at the store despite my better judgment of going there I'm glad that I did the South was very kind Court courteous and helpful. The only downside to the visit was that because of certain circumstances they were not able to help me with my request. This listen no way was their fault just another mess up by T-Mobile corporation. I would recommend the store to most people I know because of the change and the staff and the improvement and their customer interactions. read more

Lititz location is horrible. Called on 2/11 and inquired about the new iPhone flip \ fold phone. The person that answered the phone, told me he was in retail, and that I don't understand the world of electronics. He insisted that It was a Samsung android that I was calling about. I told him again it is the new iPhone, and he continued to get angrier and louder, saying no such product exists, despite the fact that I held one that day. Continued to call me 'Bro' repeatedly, and added some slang as well. Verizon has the phone, and to be treated this way was terrible. I have never successfully had any help from this store, especially from the boy that kept telling me he's in retail. I asked him to google it and look it up, he laughed and said google doesn't know. read more
